while i was figuring out myself/ you were craving to eat up my highs
you feared a version of me - higher version/ while i doubted its very existence
the validation you all gave meant everything to me/ every word you spoke, every action you took gradually started becoming valid
as i eagerly awaited for my spark back/ you were preoccupied fearing the healed little one within me
being myself was your all time favorite joke/ while i was being kindest and trying to befriend you all

bidding dawn;
while we vacantly gaze the dusk.
rays, rise, warmth is a thing?
we prolonged the time, maybe too much,
accepting and bidding sunsets.
in time, caughting upon,
tussle wasn't with the dusk but the pitch black nights.
