A redesigned airline ticket for Graphic Design 2. I chose the airline Volaris because it already has a pretty cool logo and color scheme. We had to design a new boarding pass, ticket jacket, iPhone app, and extra item that comes with it all (mine is a map insert). I'm way to lazy to explain it all so you can just read the explanation on the image.

A sphinx for my Illustration 2 class. We had to choose a creature with half human, half animal anatomy. I tried to make mine a bit different than the standard human-head-pasted-onto-lion's-neck depiction you always see.

Travel poster for my Illustration 2 class. I wanted to do something fictional so I chose Paradise Falls from the movie "Up."

Animal eyes for my Color Illustration class. This is the first time I ever understood how to use gouache.

So I painted a pair of shoes for my niece. She wanted something with a paisley pattern and the One Direction logo. This is the first time I've done something like this and I think it turned out pretty good. :)

Note: I do not like One Direction, but she does, okay?? No hate.

So this has been my past 3 days. Painting a pair of shoes and watching Arrested Development.

This is my submission for the altramonacontest. It was kinda just an excuse for me to practice my digital coloring.

Sob Story: Well, I'm a college student who has kind of moved out but not really because I can't find a job. I also only have, like 20 followers on my tumblr and I was kind of hoping this contest would help me get some exposure. Also I really really want the color edition of Scott Pilgrim.

Pokemon Diary 09: PEANUT evolved into a NIDORINO.

Hey! I didn't forget about this. I finally have time to draw some more incredibly derpy pokemans.

The final project for my Production Prepress class. It's supposed to be some kind of self-promotional package that I would send to prospective employers. It contains a business card, a portfolio booklet, and and illustrated book all inside of a custom box. We had to design it for an industry that we want to work in. I'd like to go into some sort of publishing company, so I illustrated the story of Rapunzel and made it into a book. I originally thought of doing the Little Mermaid or the Fisherman and His Wife (hence the scale pattern) but those stories ended up being to lengthy.

This project sounded fun at first but turned into a nightmare and I need to vent about it. But in a different post.
