“New Era University”

This is The University I am currently studying.
A University in which Youth members of the Church Of Christ can rely on and study with.
This university also accepts non INC members because this school serves everyone.
For me, Studying here is very lucky rather than studying on other schools.
New Era University is well known because of it's DISCIPLINE.
that is one of the reasons why I enter this place.
This school has many features and many unique things rather than others.

This is a photo from NEU page which shows the event of the school last last month (January)
This event is The “Mr and Ms NEU”
which everyone participates to watch and support their own course contestants.
This just shows that the New Era University is a very good University to be with.

This photo is the
Locale Congregation of New Era University,
Ecclesiastical District of Central.
This is located just behind the SHS building.
Students who are INC members can visit this place and do their "panata" when they have academic problems.
I, am a living proof that faithful students who believes in God and do their panata here, survived their problems.
So i really want to tell you guys.
This is the best University.

“Daily Routine”
Sleep, Eat, School, Church
(Repeat)
For my 17 years of existence, This is the daily routine i always do.
This may be tiring but this is all i need to do.
Because in the future, I'll be the one who would receive the things i did.
I SLEEP, To have energy to pass the day.
To relax my mind, or to just calm by.
I EAT, to satisfy my stomach.
to satisfy my taste buds.
and to satisfy my mind.
I go to SCHOOL, to learn new things.
to enhance my intelligence
and to be equipped by wisdom.
I go to CHURCH, to forget problems.
to praise and serve our God,
and to beg for our needs.
All of this I do, everyday 24/7
because i want to survive
and i need to do.

“Food Blog”

This Lomi from Batangas was very
delicious and tasty.
Lomi is one of my favorite foods and i think, Lomi from Batangas is the best. Not because I Love Batangas due to some reasons but because i really adore the taste.
It makes me feel like eating a new Food which i don't know if i eat it without looking at the food but when i open my eyes, i am very amazed.
Why? because A Batangas version of your favorite lomi where there are no veggies or if there is any, it is only used as garnishing. This is a version lomi created for meat lovers where the most of the ingredients aside from the miki noodles are pork meat, pork liver, pork rind or chicharon, kikiam and fried pork belly for garnishing. But some of these dishes vary in their garnishing like adding squid balls or fish balls on top of the kikiam. I also notice the use of the thickening agent where some use cornstarch and others use cassava starch. But if you want your lomi to have a clear soup (of course the color would be brown because of the soy sauce), use sweet potato starch just like the one used in making.
According to Lasangpinoymeatrecipe.com
The Ingredients of Batangas Lomi are
500 grams miki noodles
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
100 grams fried kikiam, sliced
150 grams pork belly, sliced into thin strips
3 Tbsp. cassava flour diluted in 3 Tbsp. water
100 grams pork liver, sliced
1½ Tbsp. fish sauce (patis)
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
6 cups pork broth (or water)
1 pc pork cube (optional if using pork broth)
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 piece raw egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. spring onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 cup chicharon, crushed (for garnishing)
or ½ cup chopped fried pork (for garnishing)
Instructions
How to cook Lomi Batangas:
In a wok, heat some cooking oil and saute garlic and onion until the onions are soft. Add the pork and stir fry until brown and crispy. Add the pork liver and saute again for a minute. Season pepper and stir. Then pour fish sauce and soy sauce and stir until it mixed well with the meat.
Pour the pork broth and bring to a boil. If you are using water instead of pork broth, add the pork cubes. Then simmer until the pork is tender for about 20 minutes.
Add the miki noodles and stir cook for about 6 minutes. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary. After cooking the noodles, pour the cassava starch slurry and stir cook in low heat until the sauce thickens.
Add the beaten egg in the soup and stir until the eggs are evenly distributed. Turn off heat and serve in a bowl and garnish with crushed chicharon, kikiam and spring onions. Serve with the mixture of soy sauce, kalamansi and red chili peppers.
For cooking lovers, Try it now!

“Pet”
I once had a pet named “Chuchu”
and i really missed him.
This photo from twitter reminds me of him because this is the same way he smiles to me when we play after school of mine.
He is really a sweet dog because when he saw me coming from home, he run towards me and greet me so nicely. It makes me feel happy and make my exhausted body regenerated and energized.
Now, I can't already see him because he was left in our Province (Pagadian City) with my Lola and Tita.
But when summer came, We always go there and visit my favorite Pet.
But now, everything feels not the same.
He died.
He died because of oldness.
The lifespan of animals and humans are not the same.
If i could only do something to make him still alive.
If i could only donate my lifespan.
but i can't.
I miss you so much Chuchu.
you'll always be here
in my heart(っ˘̩╭╮˘̩)っ

“Grandparent”
“there are Fathers who do not love their who do not love their children, but there is no Grandfather who does not adore his Grand childrens”
National Grandparents day was celebrated in the 8th of September.
But for me, everytime that i am with my Lolo was a celebration.
My Lolo is now 69 years old and he's currently having problems with his health
(U.T.I and Brain Stroke)
He lived a while in our home for 5 months due to his treatment here in Manila.
The times with him for me, was very special because not everyday i can be with my Lolo.
Grandparents are very kind to their Grandchildren and I agree with that!
Because my Lolo always spoil us with sweets and toys back when we are on our childhood days.
For me, our grandparents have done a big part in our growing days as a child, because they made us feel the feeling our parents usually don't make us feel the same.
I love you Lolo! Always take care :)

“My Former Teacher”
Teachers have given a big part in our life. From our childhood, 'till now, we still have mentors or teachers who inspires us to search for knowledge or wisdom for us to benefit it in the future.
My former teacher, Ma'am Vanessa Bobis was my 8th Grade adviser and also our class's MAPEH teacher.
She told us many things about life and being a student.
She gave us hope to still continue whatever may the hindrances or problems we may face.
At the end of the year, this pictures was taken.
And we will never forget her.
Thank you for everything ma'am! :)

"Things to do in Pagadian City"
(A travelouge)
I personally grew up in Pagadian City. that's why i want to feature this place.
Pagadian City is a chartered city located in the province of Zamboanga Del Sur and the region center of Zamboanga Peninsula (Region IX) as well. It is a kind of place where you can enjoy a wonderful blend of urban development and countryside life. In Pagadian, there are business establishments you'll normally see in a bustling city, as well as nature spots where you could relax and unwind.
1. Ride the Iconic Pagadian Tricycle
The Iconic Tricycle of Pagadian City named "Pacquiao" was a very efficient vehicle to be used on driving around the city. This is the only place in the country where one could enjoy tricycles which are enclined on a 25-40 degree ankle. Take a ride and enjoy a roller coster ride along Pagadian's uphill and downhill terrains.
2. Enjoy the view at the Rotunda
Here, you'll enjoy an elevated view high above the downtown area overlooking the Blue waters of Yllana Bay. This is a good spot to take a rest to just enjoy the great view.

"The Millenials"
"Millenial" is a word that we might first heard on Tv or in Social Media.
In the Philippines, Filipino Millenials or "Fillenials" is now a big thing.
According to an article published by TIME Magazine, millennials are consisted of people born from 1980 to 2000.
Millennials in the Philippines are described as those who are social media-dependent and also, the “selfie” generation. Many things describe what a millennial is. According to The Week, millennials are usually spendthrifts. Millennials in the Philippines are known to usually spend for luxury goods which leave their bank accounts shaken—the reason why they are also described as “broke.” Millennials are also described as narcissist, making them known as the “Me, Me, Me Generation.” However, there are also good attitudes which millennials possess: being politically and socially-engaged. Compared to other generations, millennials have their say about issues and are more involved with politics.
When it comes to entertainment, millennials in the Philippines are usually seen spending time online, watching YouTube videos. Millennials usually have the latest apps, watch the latest TV series, and are into the latest hits. According to a Philippine Star article, millennials in the Philippines do not usually read newspapers. Instead, they have Google for information or Waze for road directions.
