Contrary to the humor and expressiveness that some might confuse with simple-mindedness, Hange is a brave soldier with strength, intelligence and unwavering loyalty to the Survey Corps and winning her heart would not be easy. Neither affection nor fanaticism has ever clouded her mind or interfered with her judgment.

To gain Hange's favor, in my opinion, you can do more than just share her love of studying the titans. You might even hate them, because that's a normal reaction given the circumstances. At the same time, there is an inevitable silence between phrases, when each of you thinks about how fragile the calm that envelops you now is, knowing it could break at any moment. There will be no clear boundaries, no stages in the development of the relationship—just a growing feeling of warmth in your chest and, at one point, the realization that this is how it should be.

Everything will start with casual glances exchanged between you, brief meetings of the eyes, when neither of you understands exactly what you want to convey. Did you do a good job cleaning up? He’ll run his hand across the table and, finding no dust, look at you. After a successful mission, his gaze will meet yours again. At dinner, during training, or in Erwin's office—there's always a moment when your eyes cross and neither of you finds it awkward.

After multiple “I’ll do it myself” and cold “You don’t have to,” he will hardly agree to let you treat a scratch on his back—only because he couldn’t reach it himself, he swears! But when, after a long time, Levi realizes that your soft hands are cutting his slightly overgrown hair, his heart will beat faster—even though Levi will never admit it.

Леви человек действий и буквально воплощение надёжности. Увидев твои слёзы, не спросит, что произошло, просто молча поставит чашку чая и присядет перед кроватью, на которой ты сидишь, на одно колено, спокойно смотря в глаза. Если увидит, что кровоточит рана, не станет ворчать о том, что нужно было быть внимательнее. Уже через минуту Леви протянет тебе бинты и все необходимое и может быть, только может быть, перевяжет рану сам.

К своему собственному телу не подпустит долго. С трудом, после множественных "Я сам" и холодного "Не нужно" позволит обработать царапину на спине, только потому что сам не дотягивался, клянётся он! Но когда спустя много времени придет осознание, что твои мягкие руки уже стригут его слегка отросшие волосы, сердце забьётся чаще, хоть Леви этого ни за что не признает.
