words cannot express the amount of heart ache i am in right now. i cannot believe i’m writing this, but it’s true. matthew perry died. for those who didn’t know, not only was he an amazing actor, he was a strong, kind hearted, loving man who lived a memorable life. he struggled extensively with drugs and alcohol since the late 90’s and has found his strength in those around him. for about 3 years, i have taken comfort in his role as chandler and let the record show that i will never forget the positive impact he had on me. my condolences go out to his family and friends.

As someone with adhd I especially want to be tickled because my brain is usually going 1000 mph with million thoughts coming at a time. Tickling just makes my brain go blank and helps me focus on something other than the headache I get from the thoughts I have.
