The protagonist of the fanfic «Король без короны» (A king without a crown)

The story was written at the request of the reader. Cassian Noah is Bloom's older brother, who was born with poor health, but thanks to Daphne became the keeper of the Dragon Flame. Like Bloom, Daphne sent him to Earth to hide from his parents the fact of the substitution of the chosen child from the prophecy. Then everything is as according to the canon, only Bloom has a spark of the Dragon Flame, and at the end of season 1 there is a family reunion. Noah remembers the past life in which he watched this animated series, and tries to protect his family from villains.

The design of the first transformation consists of a young gentleman's costume and Domino-shaped wings (they also look like a more simplified sample of Bloom's wings from Enchantix). And a fancy earring with a shell, referring to Andros, and a tassel.

Although I like drawing Noah, I will try to draw designs of other characters next time...

In this AU, he is the second most feared opponent of the moon witch. When meeting with him, it is recommended to run away without looking back, and in no case provoke him. He won't kill you, but he'll beat you to death without batting an eye.

An antihero with a tendency to side with the protagonists. His only desire is to get his family back, however, he doubts Prince Noel's methods.

In their last battle with the Sailor MoonWitch, they both saw his nightmare of a burned family. Claire was not intimidated by the scene and showed compassion, which made Ashe begin to doubt his employer. And in the end, he betrayed Noel's side, determined to save Claire's life.

The Black Moon family believes that it is necessary to use the witch's heart to save everyone (Witch's heart, like a Silver crystal, can purify the Earth of darkness). However, its use will lead to the death of Claire. Ashe doesn't agree with that anymore. He comes to terms with the loss of his family and decides to move on.

One day, he will become Sailor Neptune. Yep, villain → antihero → hero. But that's another story.
