The set up of Peacock in Wonderland is interesting but what is even more interesting is that iqiyi released it as 42 19-20min episodes instead of 24 normal length episodes.

Why?! Is it because shorter dramas get less scrutiny so they hope to air a drama with ZJW as ML more smoothly? (He's in that weird no longer banned but not really OK territory.) Sooner or later censors will catch up on that trick and we will get another annoying regulation that doesn't just regulate overall maximum drama runtime like now but puts in rules for how long ep lengths are allowed to be.
