Salute to this guy who has mahabang patience. During our baguio, nakakaloka every night nilalagnat ako. He was there (yeah literal hahaha jk) to make alaga sa akin. He ensures na mainom ko on time yung gamot maya't maya check ng temperature. No words can express, how lucky and blessed i am to have you babe. This 1st time travel natin, nakita all our topaks, our biglaang init ng ulo. Pero ang nakakatuwa, even if there are instances na nagiging hot headed kami, nawawala din agad. As long as merong good communication.

I thank God to have you as my boyfiee. Even if matagal na tayo lagi mo pa din pinaparamdam how much you love me.

1st travel together and sa Baguio. Yehey! Strawberry paradise bes! We decided to ride the Joybus Deluxe. Naks! Feeling Vip ang peg. So comfy and so bilis ng byahe. Imagine 4hrs lang yung byahe from Cubao to Baguio City.

Yung mapapaisip ka lang na ay ang OA ko lang pala. I should be thankful cause im so blessed. If you put trust in HIM talaga. No matter how big is your problem gumagaan because of HIM. The closer you get to HIM, the smaller the problem.

Blessed are all those who put trust in HIM.

Just like what the young man said kanina sa church, if lahat na ginawa mo and di pa din nagwowork. Stop, pray and trust HIM. Kasi God will make a way. He is saying na "Anak trust me. Ako na ang bahala. Ako na ang magwowork".

Just like me i am kind a problematic this passed few days. Isa lang hinihingi ko and gustong gusto ko yun pero di nagwork but yung isa na yun pinalitan ni God hindi lang ng 2 but 6.

So whenever you have a problem, talk to him and im pretty sure all those problems, baggages etc will gagaan.

Factors to consider when joining a company

Factors that I consider in joining a company:

1. Good working environment - you as an applicant or employee, you will define if ano ba yung want mo na workplace. Ano yung good working environment sayo. For me well, a company that will treat their employees as if isa silang family. We spend more time sa work than sa house natin so for me, mas okay na yung workplace mo feels like home. Whenever you have a problem, there are employees who are always ready to support you. All those mabigat na problems will gagaan, if you have a good support system.

2. Location - It's so hassle na magtravel ngayon, you spent almost 2 hours sa byahe, bago ka pa makapunta sa work, pagod ka na agad due to byahe. Well here in Aeon Center, one ride lang na van from Cavite. Pwede ka pa matulog during the byahe. Less hassle. Kaya if I were you, if you are from Cavite or from South, try to look for a company na within Alabang lang.

3. Stability - When we are looking for a job, syempre we want to be part of the company na matatag na or stable. Most especially sa mga fresh grads, they want to be part of the company na well known. Pero as you grow older, di naman pala pangalan ng company yung mahalaga but the values. Known nga yung company but their values naman is iba. Well here in Aeonprime Land Development Corp - it's a growing company and we have a lot of projects bukod pa yung on going and bukod pa yung nakaline up. Even if young pa yung company namin in the real estate industry, I may say that our company is stable and competitive. Who would have thought na from Cebu they will expand their business here in Manila. We have 3 properties na nga here in Alabang : Aeon Center, Polaris Corporate Center & Capella It Center. And for this year, one of our biggest project which is located in Makati is Project Altaire: 45 storey building.

This is so true! Last Monday, February 4 im so worried sa work ko. I need to hire engineers for our project. Di ako mapakali and i kept on hoping and praying na sana yung Engineer is tanggapin yung Job offer ko. Sobrang worried and anxious ako during that time then i open the bible and read some verses. I told to myself na, "God, ikaw na po ang bahala. God need ko na talaga makahire ng engineer". The next day, the engineer did not show up sa schedule niya. I feel very sad during that time. Imagine, maayos naman yung treatment namin with her pero bakit hindi pa siya pumunta. 😭

Pero that time din i have candidates for the same position. Thanks to God. 6 out of 10 applicants pasado. And to make the long story short the end of this week, i lost 1 candidate but 5 na yung candidates ko na okay for hiring.

You just need to trust and have faith lang talaga. All your worries and fear is give na lang or ipagpasadiyos na lang and still do your work pero wag ng magworry. Just have faith! And see, with the grace of our Lord. Nawala na yung worries mo, isa lang hinihingi mo lima pa yung binigay.

So to all those people who are currently experiencing fear and anxiety, you just need to pray and have faith in God. With him, everything will be put into right places.

Hello there! Please do pay respect naman po sana. We recruiters respect, sana ganun din kayo sa amin. Both of us have give time para sa interview. Some of the interviewers even if they are so busy in meetings, they give time to accommodate you, and yet ang gagawin you will not show up sa interview without any text or call. I just want to know why.

There's this candidate she confirms that she will attend the final interview, on the day of the interview, poof! Wala, i've been calling to ask where is she na and yet she is not answering my calls.

It's very disappointing na dumadami na yunh candidates who are not so desidido to look for a job and yet they make rants na they badly needed the job. Omygosh! What's wrong with world mama!
