growing up i saw anger a lot

sometimes explosive sometimes quiet

i told myself early on i didn’t want to be that

not because i was scared

but because i saw how easy it is to lose yourself when emotions take the wheel

controlling your anger isn’t weakness

it’s strength disguised as stillness

i’ve never been in a real fight

not because i couldn’t

but because i’ve learned the most dangerous thing in a room is the one who’s in control of himself

when you move with purpose not emotion

you move with power

truth is if it ever came down to protecting what or who i love

i would

but i wouldn’t act out of rage

i’d act out of clarity

silent anger can be fuel

it burns slow

and when used right it builds discipline not destruction

people think being calm means you’re soft

but calmness is earned

calmness is forged through pain you never reacted to

moments you swallowed

lessons you learned in silence

the loudest man loses control

the quiet one is calculating

emotion is human

logic in a moment of chaos is godlike

you don’t win by fighting fire with fire

you win by becoming the one who doesn’t burn.
