The World is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page. After spending more than a month in Israel I finally stopped procastinating and created this little blog. For all of those who don`t know it yet: I decided that I have to expand my social streak and moved to Israel to volunteer for a year in a small anthroposophic community called Beit Uri. For many reasons I concluded it’s not a bad idea to write this blog in English. And here it is. I will keep you updated on the news and probably post more pictures than write, but I know from my experience that this is better anyways ;)

And in this post I want to take a moment and make an appreciation to a special person for me. Without you, it would not even be half as interesting, nice, wonderful, cute, funny, happy or refreshing in my life. Nothing is helping me to survive a stressful day of work better, than to know we will sit and drink a nice wine in the evening and have a nice laugh together! Thank you for all the things you give and help me with, and of course all your patience with me and my moody mind. Thank you for beeing my mirror and teaching me to see myself and my actions. I am beyond grateful that we met. I owe you so much. I would have missed something great. Thank you, Fthy!

Oh time, where are you?!
Oh where did I lose my head?! It is already the beginning of the month of April and my last post feels 100 years ago. I have to admit, my laptop was also not working and I didnt have the time or opportunity to fix it.....( yeah I know its a bad excuse).
I was very convinced in the beginning of the year that I would continue to write this blog without any big breaks, but life does not always go the way we plan it.
To be also honest it would not be as interesting for you to hear always how I`m working in the same place, almost everything having the same schedule. There was a period of time in the winter when everything seemed boring, gray. rainy and monotonous to me. Everything outside of my house seemed far away and unreachable. So, many free weekends I spend at home, always finding a good reason to stay. But also the rainy wintertime has its end and the sun returned soon again. And with the sun also a lot of new energy and good mood.
SInce the last post I survived many holidays, exciting trips, drama and stress but also many funny moments with my kids from work. I really realized how all of the kids have slowly taken my heart, even if I still would rather stay in bed, than to go to work in the mornings.
My hebrew is going slowly, even if I can already communicate quite well with most of the people around me. I guess, if there would not be the lazy side of Elli, I could have practiced a lot more besides the 2 housr hebrew-lesson we had in the week.
The spring time is here and for all volunteers it already feels like a nice summer. I already mentally prepare for the hot summer days that await us soon.
Ok, so I will upload some pictures of the big and nice events that accured during the time I was absent in the virtual world. This  way it saves me a lot of time writing novels to you, and lets be honest, most of which nobody would even read.
So, let the pictures inspire you and gibe you a small glance into my world in Israel.
Schalom Chaverim we Yallah bye!
