There is something so funny about the series of events of:

- camp camp getting pretty much cancelled in 2019

- rooster tooth (the company that owns/creates it) pretty much spiralling down the shitter ever since

- every single person involved with camp camp making vague statements about the show coming back or why it’s not coming back ever since then

- them coming back with a new special in 2023 trying to reset all the problematic stuff in it and promising a new season

- the first episode of the new season coming out in 2024

- only DAYS later, rooster teeth shuts down all the way and most of their shows BUT NOT CAMP CAMP being sold to a new company.

Part of me wants to believe that we might get a final season even with the recent news and delays but I really don’t know? They did promise to give us a heads up but with Miles leaving and no word of his involvement with other shows the future doesn’t look very bright? Someone did mention that CC was a personal show for him so I can see him being involved with it like he plans on for RWBY, and that RT might not be allowed to say much about the show at the moment but this… on top of the silence isn’t giving me much hope.
