hii :) it’s been a while since i last posted here, mostly bc I’ve spent the last two months binging almost everyday lmao
it’s gotten to the point where i don’t even differentiate between binging and just eating crap every other day. i guess that’s why i’ve been feeling incredibly guilty these past weeks. i feel like i’m getting fatter and fatter each second, and i’ve gotten so conscious about what i eat that now even a package of cookies makes me want to throw up. shit, i can’t even commit to myself.
this summer i only ate twice a day, and mostly ate salads (yummy salads) :P the thing is, i got skinnier and hotter than ever lol
now i feel like i’m throwing all that work away… that’s why im back :/ my goal is to use this as a sort of food diary to track my meals and try not to binge
ps: today i felt like purging for the very first time :/ i tried to, but v0miting freaks me out lol
if you have any tips for purging (just in case i need them in the future) i’d really appreciate it if you told me!!

update since i’ve been offline for a while 💋
well i’ve been eating like a pig this week lol. i’m not even counting calories and i feel so bad. i binged twice which wasn’t even a binge bc it wasn’t a lot of calories but still.
also, i went out the other day without having dinner but i still got drunk and guess what! my friends bought regular soda with sugar and lots of calories yay!!! they can be guilt free since they are skinny af but apparently i gotta keep getting fatter :)
i don’t like negativity AT ALL but i’m on my period and life feels like shit lately 🤭 HOWEVER, i’m going back to my student flat this weekend!! i’m so excited to finally being able to control my meals and be free somehow :) i’ll miss home sm but food is my biggest enemy here haha

ugh can’t wait to go back to my student flat :( i’m home until february 18th and it’s so hard to restrict here. lots of triggering food and cravings since i got nothing to do here… i can’t find time to exercise either, however i have lots of space in my flat so i’ll be able to work out there when i get back!
little reminder that it’s okay to have binges and be over your daily calories sometimes!! we are human and it’s completely normal to find it hard to stick to your diet when you are around family or not occupied :) stay safe!

lunch (5.02.24)

salad!! very simple yet yummy (and not many calories)
lettuce, tuna, cherry tomatoes, nuts, feta cheese, a little oil, some chickpeas, and broccoli on top. i added some salt, pepper and chili flakes to add a little spicy flavour. i also put a tiny bit of sweet mustard
i feel like i could have eaten less, but i’m starting to do intermittent fasting and i am only allowed to eat two meals a day.

biggest insecurities and goals
- size down my breast
- get rid of my doubke chin (it’s not huge but i don’t like how it looks)
- flat stomach
- round butt (i just want to shape it through exercise, but i do have a big one haha)
- slimmer hands (idk why I’ve always had fat hands LOL, even when I wasn’t fat)
