decided to start doing lil animated sitcom reviews bc i have nowhere else to put them rlly

started watching a new animated sitcom called producing parker and i think its ok so far.. the animation is really satisfying to me, and reminds me kinda of 6teen. the humor is good to me but my bf was groaning lolol, though it reminds me a lot of striperella, its more sexual humor and anything non-sexual is very situational if that makes sense. there's cutaways, but they arent the non sequiturs you'd get in smthn like family guy at all, but i dont necessarily mind that.

im four episodes into the first season, and there's two seasons, so ill probably update this review if my thoughts change but so far, i think the first two episodes were better than the third & fourth, the third being the worst. i've noticed a lot of animated sitcoms that focus on or are aimed towards women have an episode about weight or e/d/s and im really sick of seeing it tbh. i guess i get why they think they need to include it or whatever but every show i've seen do it has handled it really badly..

so far i'd place it on the not amazing, but rewatchable tier of my tierlist. we'll see if that changes by the end of it!
