Whenever I need to quickly estimate what weather in Celsius converts to weather in Fahrenheit, I remember that 37° C is human body temp, or 98.6° F. And that water freezes at 0°C and about 32°F.
So if someone says, it's 30°C, I can think, "that's a hot day".
