I would think the copies depends on who exactly he was allergic to. If he's allergic to just Marco, you just get Marco. If he's allergic to Cassie and Rachel, you get a Cassie and a Rachel

Okay, so what if Ax was allergic to one (or more) of the humans when he did the Frolis manuver? Would he only barf out the one he's allergic to, or would he barf out the whole Ax human form, thus creating a new life completely unconnected from any of them? What if he was allergic to all four, and barfed out four exact copies of them early in the war? Which is worst?

Sometimes multifandoming causes an excessive amount of confusion.

So, I'm into fnaf and also hunger games, both of which got new releases recently. and both of those releases have titles that lend themselves to quite similar acronyms

So. This results in my brain getting very confused and last night I suppose it hit a boiling point because I grabbed a pen from my side table and in the pitch blackness of my room I wrote this on my arm

Mission

I am now on a mission. I am going to beat every single gameria (the papa's [insert]aria games) in order of this list

yeah there are 15 of these things. and im gonna beat all of them. everything unlocked, maxed out customers, every achievement gotten (if the game has achievements, not all of them do)

i've just started pizzeria (here's proof)

and i expect this mission to take weeks or maybe even months. i will update every 5 levels i get, every time i beat a game, and every time i start a new game. i hope you enjoy taking this journey with me!!

Tooth=Henley Reeves (pretty obvious one girl, also with the motherly sorta vibes)

Jack Frost=Jack Wilder (yeah yeah low-hanging fruit, however I feel like it makes sense, especially in the context of how a lot of fics tend to characterize NYSM Jack)

Bunny=J. Daniel Atlas (slightly bickery with both Jacks, believes in the cause, also the most sarcastic (also apparently Bunny x Jack is a thing and Also Also "jackdaniels" is a thing and I find the name very amusing))

North=Merritt McKinney (old guy who's here for the vibes and also has to somewhat-unwillingly parent this group. This one also tracks for fanfics cause they very often have Merritt and Jack having a very close bond, either brotherly or father-son)

I don't know who Sandy would be, like if you're going with a "pair the spares" approach he'd be Lula but I don't think that makes a ton of sense cause Lula is very chatty and also much more chaotic than Sandy but yeah. Into the aether with thee!

So I watch both Now You See Me movies last weekend (super hyped that there's a third one coming out soon btw) and as someone like me does, I got on ao3 to start looking for good fics about it

And I've found a ton of those, and I've also noticed some things. Firstly, Jack is 100% the whump punching bag for this fandom, which honestly shouldn't have been that surprising

What was surprising however was the fact that most of the fics I've read seem to cast him as being way younger than he realistically would be. I've seen 20, 19, hell one I just read put him at *recently* 20 in a setting that's two years after the second movie

Like. Guys. I know he's meant to be the youngest and (especially in the first movie) the team treats him more like a kid, but he's not an actual minor! The wikipedia page (yeah yeah, not a good source, whatever) specifically says he's "in his early twenties", and even if you look at his actor and base the age off of that, he'd be around 27 in the first movie

I dunno. This obviously isn't a problem but it's just something interesting that I've noticed. (Also it seems like several fics like to infantilise him a bit which... I do not like but whatever that wasn't the point of this)

Anyway these movies are great I was just a bit thrown off reading fics because when I was watching the movie I assumed he was meant to be close to 23-25, not like. 19.

For some reason I keep getting “radical feminist” posts on my dash. Don’t know what I did to cause that. And like. So many times I’ll be reading through it thinking “ok this one actually has some good points about actual feminism that isn’t just about hating men” and then I’ll hit the second to last paragraph and it’s like “oh Nevermind they’re just transphobic”. Every. Single. Time.

So... I know I said I wasn't gonna make a post for beating When Burgers Attack but I spent a long time on it and it was a lot more complex than When Pizzas Attack and I wanted a more complete set so.

Yeah stuff like this is why I don't vibe with the marauders fandom

I made a post about "Fandom Darling" characters who are super popular but very often have their personalities and personal relationships warped or replaced in fan works, usually also warping everyone around them. Which is, you know, let people have fun and all that, whatever, it's just mildly frustrating if you liked the canonical version of that character.

And people are sharing a lot of fun salt in the tags about this pattern, but usually about the darling's personality or narrative importance, when what finally pushed me to articulate the post was another case with the altered personal relationships aspect.

THAT'S one of the most disorienting ways for a character to be "out of character", in my opinion, because their personality can be mostly intact, but their canonical family, friends, and love interests may have just... mysteriously vanished from both the world and the character's priorities. (Usually in order to prioritize a new love interest above all else.) It's especially weird if those canonical relationships are integral to a character's backstory and their driving motivations. It's like the logical foundation has been taken out from underneath the character's personality, but it somehow remains? Weirdly disconnected?

Like, if I enjoy a character who has an unpleasant family situation, then ideally, I want to see explorations of that character dealing with that. Maybe the unpleasant family is no longer present, but we're still exploring the healing process. I'm less interested in a Modern AU where the character's mentor figure is suddenly and inexplicably their biological parent(???), unrelated characters are their new biological siblings(???!!!), and their childhood was apparently totally happy. That's... that's not my character anymore, even if they mysteriously still have the personality quirks that were a direct result of the canonical unpleasant family situation. Happy for them, I guess, but I don't really know who that character is now.

HEY PANIC FANS I NEED HELP

Alright, so I'm on a rewatch of Panic and I'm trying to figure out all the songs in the soundtrack, and I'm at the end of Episode 3 (the Spurlock's Farm one) and for the life of me I cannot figure out what the song in the credits is

I tried googling all the lyrics, I tried Shazam-ing it and used a different app, nothing. So does anybody know what song that is? It's not in amazon's x-ray tab for that episode either as far as I know

Please help me figure this out I'm trying to make a full list and it's driving me crazy

What should I call my next fic?

I'm stalling on what to call the next Eleutherophobia fic, which I've been referring to as The Octopus because it was so messy/chaotic but deserves a title that isn't something I called it out of frustration now that it's finally taking shape.

Things that happen in this story include: Rachel comes back to life all legal-like. Tom gets an unexpected offer. Jordan talks about her feelings, kind of. Pro-human extremists are massive jerks. Rachel tries Code Red Mountain Dew. Jake continues to insist he isn't Batman. Bonnie eats a disappointing sandwich. Everyone plans their future, involuntarily, kicking and screaming the entire time.
