Closing Notice

Hello everyone!

We’re finally back, but unfortunately with bad news. After a long period of inactivity and discussing things among ourselves, we decided to part ways with this network. We started it as a fun way to gather Fantasy writers, but somehow this blog never got the amount of exposure that you all would have deserved. 

However, even without this blog we wish for the best for all our members, and we hope you all know that we will keep cheering you on as writers!^^

Would genuinely not know what to do with you when you snuggle up to him sleepily for the very first time. He’d just be so shocked and flustered that he might even flinch back simply because he’s so surprised. With time he will get used to this part of yours, and he will come to like it quite a bit, secretly looking forward to your cuddle sessions right before bed. And sometimes when you fall asleep on his lap out on the couch, he would pick you up gently and carry you to bed, where he would make sure you’re warm and comfortable.

Inseong:

When you put your head on his chest, about to fall asleep right then and there, he’s surprised more than anything. It will take him a few seconds to register what’s going on, and then he will put his arms around you, brush your hair out of your face and ask if you want to go to sleep. Will immediately stop doing what he was busy with when you nod, and go to bed with you, where you can snuggle up to him and get comfortable in his arms as he holds you close. And sometimes he will sing you a little song as a lullaby too.

Inseong | Love in the Sky

SF9 - Inseong x reader

Prompt: “Can I kiss you?”

It’s your first year anniversary with your boyfriend Inseong, and as a surprise he invited you to a fancy restaurant you’ve always wanted to go to. It isn’t just any restaurant though. Aside from the exceptional quality of the food, there’s another special thing about it too: It’s inside of a skyscraper and fills out the entire top floor, with something like a roof garden surrounding it. Of course you put on your best clothes for the date, and you’d be lying if you weren’t stressing about what to wear beforehand, but Inseong pulled you close and told you that you looked good in anything anyway, so you shouldn’t worry too much. You thought that he had it easy to say that, seeing how he looked even more handsome than usually in his suit.

You enjoy your full 5-course-menu there, while the sun around you sets slowly, and when you finally reach the dessert - a small chocolate tart garnished with some berries - it has fully become night. Finishing while you both feel like your stomachs are going to explode from all the delicious food you had, Inseong takes his glass of champagne in his hand and stands up. He gestures for you to do the same.

“Let’s go out for a moment,” he suggests, and you tuck your arm into his to walk out onto the roof garden side by side. Leaning against the railing, you let your eyes wander over the scenery of the whole city. The breeze up here is surprisingly refreshing and not cold at all in summer, so you enjoy the feeling of the wind softly blowing through your hair.

“Y/N,” Inseong calls out to you, and you see him turning to face you. 

“What?” you ask back, while mirroring his pose.

“Can I kiss you?” The question surprises you and you laugh.

“Of course you can. You’re my boyfriend after all,” you answer, giving him a soft smile. He puts the index finger and thumb of his free hand under your chin, making you look up at him, and then he leans down to press a slow and gentle kiss to your lips. You enjoy the soft sensation, and the warmth that spreads through your whole body, and something about it reminds you of your very first kiss with him.

“I love you,” you whisper when he pulls back and fondly smiles at you.

“I love you too, Y/N,” Inseong answers, before putting his arm around you and hugging you close to him. “And I’m thankful for the last year with you. Let’s try to make the next one good as well.” You nod in his embrace.

“Yeah, let’s do that.”

13:14, KSW — rowoon takes another lick of his ice cream, a smile planted on his face before you point out the trail of melted cream running down the side of his cone. to which he responds with a panicked look and frantic twist to be able to attach his lips to the side of the treat. his silly antics only causing you to giggle.

hanging out with rowoon was fun, it always was. well apart from when he did something clumsy. like the day you first met and he spilled his coffee all over you, something rowoon still felt guilty about to this day. but you always forgave him quickly, his talkative personality and several hundred apologies making it hard for you to stay mad. and that’s what made you such good friends — although you would be lying if you said you didn’t sometimes wish you were more than that.

“got it!” rowoon chuckled, pulling the ice cream away from his face as it looked proudly at the clean edges. your attention instead being directed to the dollop of ice cream almost perfectly placed on the tip of his nose. “what?” rowoon frowns expectantly, watching your eyes scan his face in amusement.

“hold still.” you murmur in response, leaning forward so that there’s only a couple inches between you and your friend. your finger slowly wiping across his nose to remove the mess.

once clean, you can’t help but stay where you are for a couple seconds, admiring each seemingly perfect detail of his face. his curved lips a dusty rose, hair parted at the side so that the dark locks sweep just above his eyes, the ones which are like glowing orbs, filled with a million stars that make him look like a cartoon.

“you’re too cute for your own good, kim seokwoo.” the thought that you were only supposed to say in your head comes out in a whispered pout. your cheeks quickly heating with embarrassment as you pull back, the tall boy in front you smiling cheekily. “but not as cute as you, y/n.”

Chani | Summer Heat

Prompt: Suffering from Heat (from the Summer Breeze Writing Challenge)

You let out a pained sigh as you’re sprawled out on the floor in the middle of the practice room, the only surface here that seems to be at least somewhat cool. 

“I’m dying,” you groan, hearing light footsteps approaching you and only a few seconds later, Chani appears in your vision right above you. He steps over you with one foot so that you’re trapped between his legs, and he gives you a dry laugh.

“I told you you shouldn’t come along. I wasn’t lying when I said it gets way too hot in here!” he repeats his point from earlier, when you were both still at home. You pout at him now.

“But I wanted to watch you practice and I barely have the time for that anyway!” you retort. You watch as he wipes some of the sweat off his face with the back of his hand, telling you that he too must be feeling the heat a little too much. He reaches out his other hand for you to hold onto and helps you up.

“And I feel honored by that,” he says, his tone becoming softer while he shoots you a sincere look. “But you really don’t have to keep suffering from the heat in here. Go home and we see each other when I’m done here!” You protest but in the end there’s no use trying to change Chani’s mind. Instead, you regretfully walk out the door, being careful nobody spots you while exiting the company building. You have to realize it’s not much colder outside, under the bright sun, but at least a soft breeze makes it a bit more bearable than in the hot practice room that only has a fan blowing from one corner, which doesn’t even reach the whole room. Feeling bad knowing that your boyfriend is still in there and dancing in all that unbearable heat, your feet unconsciously carry you to a nearby coffee shop.

“Two iced americanos, please. Medium sized,” you order and pay with your card. You have to wait a few short minutes for the drinks to be ready, and with them and two straws in your hands, you return to the practice room. 

You make sure to knock first before walking inside, and when you open the door a little, you can clearly hear one of SF9′s b-sides playing and you see Chani trying to figure out a choreography. He notices you in the mirror first, and turns his head to look at you in surprise.

“I thought you went home?” he asks. You approach him and squish his cheeks between the two cold cups, making him smile at your silliness, and then you hand him one of the drinks. “Ah, you didn’t have to,” he sighs, looking away shyly.

“I can’t just let you suffer while I go home and cool down by myself, can I?” you answer. Despite the heat, he puts his arm around you to give you a quick hug, and he stops himself from letting go of you completely when his eyes get caught on your lips. “What…?” you mouth, and before you can react he already has his lips pressed against yours for a quick thank-you-kiss.

“I’ll give you the money later,” he says, raising the cup in his hand, but you shake your head.

“It’s fine, it wasn’t that expensive,” you reply. “And also… I’d much rather have another kiss…” you request. Now it’s you who looks away bashfully, but in the corner of your eye you can see his soft smile. He leans back in and you turn to look at him, before your lips meet once again. And this time they wouldn’t part as soon as just a few moments ago.

“Y/N!”

You heard your boyfriend call your name, he was carrying a photo in his hand, noticing the photos, you groaned sighing internally.

“Oh, give me a break.” You mumbled under your breath, Inseong stood in front of you holding the photo up to your face.

“What is this?” He asked and you rolled your eyes.

“Inseong-ah! Ever since I told you that my bias is JB, you have been on my back!” You said and tried to walk away but he stopped you.

“I still can’t believe you would choose JB over your own boyfriend!” Inseong said pouting making you sigh.

You took his head between your hands making him looking into your eyes, you knew he wasn’t really that upset, maybe just annoyed.

“JB may be my bias, but you’re my one and only, Kim Inseong. You understand?” You said and he smiled knowing.

“Of course! But we will keep working on making me your bias, yeah?” Inseong said making you snort.

“Yeah, keep dreaming. Fox-face.” You said walking away.

He gasped and yelled following you around the house annoying you to bias him.
