The Final Touches
With final digital submission tomorrow, I have spent the past few days undertaking final re-touches for all of the required components for hand in. One key undertaking has been refining my photographs/mockups document for my final project to ensure that it highlights the most successful aspects of my work here.

Mockups Document
With adjustments made to the editing of these photographs, this document was appropriately updated. Additionally, some mockups were removed and replaced as necessary to ensure only the highest quality/most effective assets be presented (the rest can be seen within the artwork document)

Photograph Editing (continued) - Increasing Background/Foreground Contrast and Further Emphasising the Off-White Tone to the Paper Stock
In order to increase the contrast between the background and the spreads/gatefold cover/posters, I decided to go back to editing and utilise the Lightness filtering to reduce this slightly, making for a subtly darker backdrop. Additionally, I experimented further with the colour and tone of the elements, attempting to showcase the slightly off-white paper stock slightly more. Some final touch ups also presented themselves with regards to minute perspective adjustments and removal of small transparent spots (these could be noted in the prior video).

EXEGESIS: Presentation of Paper Stock
In order to present the paper stock in a more emphasising manner, macro photography will also be included within the exegesis (see images above). This, as previously mentioned, enables the slightly off-white tones and subtle texture to be recognised given in some instances it is not as clear as desired in photography of the publication. To really view these details elements the stock either needs to be felt, seen in person, or viewed closeup.
