My OC story has it's first chapter

It's been a while, but my job finally was able to spare me and get me the good deal. But not just that the RWBY OC creative juices are flowing and i final put pen to paper.

It always feels like an up hill battle, but at the end of the day I'm not losing sleep over it. It just they forget to respect other people's opinions, and that we are not obligated to agree with theirs either. Respect yes, sure go wild with your headcanon, more power to you.

This is what I'm talking about.

Earlier this year, I got asked which RWBY ship community was/is the most toxic. To which I replied was Whiterose shippers.

Now every RWBY ship has its fair share of toxic fans, since its pretty much unavoidable when it comes to this sort of stuff...but man Whiterose shippers take the cake on this one.

Fair warning anybody who is very passionate about Whiterose as a ship, I would advise you proceed with caution or... you know don't.

Again some not all, and Whiterose as a ship it self is a cute ship, honestly have no problems with it, but again the few people that make it unbearable sometimes.

Then same person had the nerve to comment this on an artist drawing. McMystery has always been super professional at making people's HC come to life mine included, so when a ship you don't like appear and then call it a heresy just because you don't like it is mad level of toxic. Then there also the fact where this person is indirectly call Mc a pedophile since it's not secret Mc activity supports RoseGarden. Normally I ignore stuff like this when it comes to Twitter but this really set me off.

On top of that we have the whole uproar with the again the few very vocal Whiterose shippers that happen when a non-canon version of Ruby called Weiss a sister.

Like seriously, they know damn well this a non-canon thing yet they still choose to go on a whole tantrum rant about it. But I'll give credit where it's due and they did eventually apologize for their irrational behavior.

This is the kind of stuff that I'm talking about, and in all honesty because of people like this it makes me wish that WR as a ship will sink next Volume. Everyone is entitled to their own Headcanon, but sometimes people confuse their Headcanons and what's actually happening in the show.

WR is cute, but the few people truly make it unbearable sometimes, but that's the power of a main line ship, weather you support or not it's a shipping power house and still at least to me is the RWBY ship with the most toxic fans.

Super Huntress Goddess Ruby

Is that title cringe or what, of course it is. Do I care...not in the slightest

This is what happens when you combine DBZ basically my childhood and still actively follow the franchise and get a RWBY crossover well you get this, a spin off the Super Saiyan God ritual.

Originally the ritual requires five pure hearted Saiyans to instill their light in another, basically the same premise but instead have forged a strong bond with said character

So in my headcanon of this happening we of course have Weiss, Yang, and Blake and the final two are Jaune and Oscar. Sure you can argue other people as well but those five have a significant stronger bond with Ruby than other characters in the show and you know...are alive...sorry Penny fans🥲

I'm seeing this meme you made, I just think that this movie will divide the fandom into two groups ''people who liked it'' and ''people who hated it''

I see it differently, overall it's RWBY content and that's always a plus, now I won't deny that fact that yes some people will dislike it while other will like it. Hey if some people dislike it, that gives them something new to talk about, and if you are just going to hate watch it...sure pal go ahead, not my time you're wasting.

Overall I'm still excited I was plenty surprised from the first part, expectations not too high, but still excited.

It's Almost Here Plus memes Just Cuz

I think this pretty much sums up the next few weeks for the Fandom. It's been about to be Six months without any updates on the status of Vol 10, so naturally we looks for the next best thing that being part Two of RWBY X JL movie. Still sad the JNPR isn't in the movie but still excited to see this fun watch. Plus if I'm being honest while this might be a pipe theory I think we might get a post Vol 9 scene at the end of this movie. Kind of a long shot but hey worth a shot right?

2 Years In The Making, Kind Of

For the past two years I have been slowly been taking notes on a OC RWBY fan fiction, and with my job it does make it a but difficult to commit fully in writing the story, but I think it's finally time for me to take the first step and start putting words on paper.

Follow Arthur, Beni, Marlin and Ryan as this rag-tag team meets in the most unconventional way. Set a few weeks after the fall of Beacon, they cling on to the things they hold dear to them. With the growing threat of the Grimm threatening to completely overtake Vale can these four boys put their differences aside and do the impossible of freeing Vale from the Grim.

A Sad and Happy Day

The trailer for RWBY X JL part 2 dropped today...

Okay first the movie like the first part looks like a fun watch so I'm still going to watch it of course. But after the first part, I be lying to myself if I didn't say Jessica and Jaune carried the movie for me.

And the possibility of Team JNPR not showing up did take a huge chunk of my interest in the second part.

Its just a bit confusing in how the second main line team isn't in the movie, JNPR has been with team RWBY since volume 1, so them not being in this movie just feels...wrong.

Still it looks like an enjoyable watch and it might be to early to draw conclusions, so I'll keep my hope up, but not to high.

The trailer for the 2nd RWBYxDC crossover movie is out!

And there’s no team JNPR, so my interest has tanked.

Don’t get me wrong, it does look good, and team RWBY’s outfits are fun, but no JNPR? That just feels… wrong.

Team JNPR has been a part of the show from the first volume, and while they were arguably background characters in Volumes 1-3, by Volume 4 and beyond they are very much an integral part of the story, and there are plenty of people (like myself) who actually favors JNPR over RWBY as their favorite team.

Think about it, when’s the last time we had RWBY without JNPR? Even in V9 Jaune was there. Team JNPR has always been a part of team RWBY’s adventures, and they were in the first movie. So not having them in this one just doesn’t feel right, honestly.

Yes, I’m still going to watch it, and eventually I’ll review it too, but I can’t help but think that the entire time I’m watching team RWBY and these super heroes fight Grimm, there’s going to be a persistent thought in the back of my head: ‘Team JNPR should be here too.’ And I know I’m not the only one thinking that.

Also for those of you who have sent in ship asks I haven’t answered yet, don’t worry. I will get to them, I’ve just been busy.
