Phase 2 Day 18 on VLCD I am back on track. Took a small break because of TOM so I didn't take the drops but i tried to maintain a VLCD as much as I could. Today lunch is left over skirt steak and pico de gallo with chili garlic sauce on the side. I'm praying that my minor hiatus didn't hurt me so much 😱

Phase 2 Day 3 on VLCD
Today I am only .2lbs less than my weigh in yesterday morning πŸ˜β€¦ I will try harder today to drink more water. Maybe it was the sleep I didn’t get last night πŸ˜•β€¦ My goal is to drop 5-8lbs more by the end of this week.

Phase 2 Day 1 on VLCD DINNER: Jennie-O Lean ground turkey Lettuce Wraps with pico de gallo. 1 Serving of Ground Turkey is 170 calories and it comes already seasoned with Taco seasoning. Delish!!

Phase 2: Day 1 on VLCD LUNCH: Tofu Shirataki Miracle noodles (4oz) mixed with Chili Garlic Sauce = 20 calories. I feel motivated today. I already have dinner planned so it shouldn't be a big hassle for me to stay on track tonight! Happy Dieting :)

It's that time again... Starting my HCG Phase 2 again. After a regretful hiatus I am going hard in the paint this time. Lots of summer events coming up and I've got to look and feel exceptional. The picture above is some of the foods I will be eating on my menu this week. I've got Marinated Carne Asada meat. I bought a package in bulk so that it should last me for this week. I also am going to make some lean ground turkey lettuce wraps sometime this week also. Last, I bought these Shirataki Miracle noodles which I thought I could eat with the Chili Garlic Sauce like some spicy ramen. So, wish me luck! Happy HCG!!

Phase 2: Day 40 (on Round 2 of phase 2)…..
Thought I'd post an update. HCG1234 is working wonders. This pic is a pic I took tonight. If anyone out there is skeptical about trying HCG drops, I'd say go for it. It will change your life. I hope to lose atleast 30lbs. Happy Dieting 😊

I agree. Melba toast is blah... But I eat the toasted grissini and those are better.
HCG 1234 WEEK 2: -4LBS
Melba toast should be REMOVED! Last week had none. They only allow 2 pieces. But they are small and being on a restricted diet with so little carbs, being able to eat them and hearing that [[crunch]] sound just did something to me!

Phase 2: Day 13
Down to 220.5lbs this morning. In the past 2 days since my last post a lot has happened. There have been little cheats here and there... Yesterday, I actually had about 2 tbsp of ranch dressing with my bowl of salad. Unfortunately, I could not keep it down. So I waited until dinner to replenish my hunger and me and BFF had 7oz steak -grilled- with broccoli. I ate my whole steak, she ate half. Lol And then.... We both cheated with an awesome onion ring... With ranch dip. I had a love/hate feeling with myself afterwards. I mean, yes, I felt the regret but I've done so good on my diet I felt it was ok. So far I haven't seen a big setback yet. Today I had chicken and tomatoes for both lunch and dinner. I also drank a lot of coffee and a lot of water. I think my bladder is angry with me. :-/ o well....:)

Phase 2: Day 11
Today was a no weight lost day. Bummer. So I took a laxative. I could feel my body holding in waste that I could not dispel on my own. Worked like a charm :) Today I had chicken and shrimp for protein with bean sprouts and spinach for veggies. I bought more of my 100% pure squeezed orange juice by Odwalla and drank 6oz for my fruit servings. Tomorrow awaits... Ttyl!!

For lunch this is my Korean bean sprout soup. Bean sprouts/Tauge is ok as a veggie on phase 2. Also, for dinner I had baby octopus with gochujang, Korean chili paste. Octopus is a low calorie, lean seafood, making it a good way to get protein in your diet without adding too much fat. There are approximately 140 calories per 3 oz. (85g) of octopus, with only 1.8g of fat. Octopus is a very good source of iron, which is a common deficiency leading to weakness, fatigue and anemia.

Phase 2: Day 10
A.M. Weigh in: 222.4lbs. You know my day started off right! After a day of no weight lost it was very satisfying to see the change! Today I started off eating breakfast, even though protocol says to skip I actually I think this will do fine. Breakfast: 2 large egg whites scrambled with green onions and 1 grissini breadstick. For lunch and dinner I stuck to Korean food. My grandmother made a Korean bean sprout soup which, also known as Tauge. I ate a whole bowl which was about 1 cup of bean sprouts and 1 cup of soup. For Dinner, I had about 2oz of baby octopus with gochujang, a Korean chili paste, and some grilled onions. I did some light cardio again, about 15 minutes. I mainly focused on crunches this time while wearing my belly sweatband... Hoping this pooch will go away :)
