Heres a kinda body check. Im sucking in alot. My parents r forcing me into recovery by taking away everything i love if i dont eat. They made me skip the first 3 weeks of school aswell. But im back at school next week so that means from8.30 till 3.30 i can fast. Unfortunately i still have to eat break fast and dinner. Possibly afternoon tea but ill see if i can get out of it. I am aiming to lose atleast 0.25 kg a week but i have no way to weigh myself except for when i get weighed at the doctors. But i dont want them to know my true weight becouse if i lose any weight i wont be allowed to go to school.

gonna put this out there:
eating 1000 calories will not make you gain weight.  (unless your metabolism is dead - but typically, no.)  so if you feel like you’re going to faint or you’re too weak;  you will not gain weight if your calorie intake is 1000 calories.  most of us (including me) restrict insanely low. 500, 200, 800.  and that’s okay, we’re sick. it’s expected.  but! your safety is important. eating a banana because you almost passed out during chemistry is okaaayyyy. breathe. you’re okay.  you will not gain weight because you ate a little extra.  if you ate 800 and felt too weak to function and ate a little bit of toast to help that and your intake got up to 950, it’s okay.  (specific example. just to make things even simpler.)  so breathe, have some tea. you’re okay. you’re fine.

The Thing Is…
I know not every guy wants a skinny girl. I am 100% aware of it. I know it’s good to have meat on your bones. I am aware of being “thic” and curvy and how it’s a turn on. And I’m all for it! I find it hot af when a girl wears undies that define her hips. I’m gay for that shit.
But I starve myself and restrict and hate myself everyday because I hate my own personal body. I am not physically comfortable in my skin. Not for some boy. Not for some girl. Not for anyone but myself.
