A small goal for the week will be to get my camera out and shoot something/anything. Even just one photo.

Just finished my first workout of Week 1 for the new routine! It felt good and hopefully I'm not sore by Wednesday, although I can stretch it to Thursday. Unfortunately, my upper body workout is tomorrow and my triceps are somehow still sore from last Monday. I might just push through it and hope for the best.
Also, I've noticed I'm constantly hungry now. I probably need to eat larger meals and have healthy snacks ready.
