Questioning yourself if what you’ve just found will hold on to you as much as you want it to, the possibility of it all being judged and going wrong, and then getting rid of any doubt cause you know damn well that what you’ve found with that person is more than enough. From this lines ahead, all the pronouns are neutral.

“When you’re lost I’ll find a way, I’ll be your light. You’ll never feel like you’re alone, I’ll make this feel like home” is about being aware that things are not easy, that kind of love is hard, but you’re so devoted to it, that you’re willing to give everything for that one person, you’re not going to leave them to be on their own never again, cause you’re both together now, you’re a home.
