either SMG4, because his friends noticed this helps him to calm down when he's tense (due to his video making, or stressful adventures) ;

or Mario, because he's usually a overexcited brat who needs to be put to his place to stop his shenanigans 😼

And the biggest tickler is :

Meggy, because I imagine her to be like a big sister who teases her sibling by calling herself “the tickle monster”
