Didn’t plan on posting this, but was going through my ss folder to make some new laptop backgrounds and well here we are. Akira Kibo is very attractive thanks, also building this was frustrating fun *nervous laughter* and worth it. 

You know when you’re playing your simself or a family your v invested in and things are just *cute* and you’re like yes I love The Simbs the best game ever made I’ll go down with this ship?

It’s those moments that take me back to playing the sims 2 where the obsession I mean love began.

Saw the new patch hair and immediately felt a vibe and had to -act-. 

I like this new wave of actually including afro-textured hair in the base game patches and in new packs. As a mixed girl with naturally curly/kinky hair, I’m appreciating this long overdo inclusion of natural hair. 

Since the game released, I’ve had to rely on amazing cc creators for my own simself and for all the black sims I create in my game, because the ~approximately 4 hairs~ they gave us did not cut it. In terms of representation for non-white races, it still has a long way to go, but it’s something, and that’s dope.

Hwaaaat thank u so much. Having a fairly new and v small blog its still weird to me that there are people out there in the world looking at my stuff and thinking I like that 😂 but messages like this make it kinda surreal so thanks babe 🥺

idk about inspiration, I just fool around in CAS until I feel like that sim can tell a story through their features. Sometimes I think a sim I create is beautiful, but I feel nothing for them, then I give them dimples or or a cleft chin or undereye bags and I’m like ahhhh they’re they are! They’re alive! Like the Dr. Frankenstein of CAS Lmao. I also love old school townies (crippling addiction to s2 strangetown of u haven’t noticed) and remaking any premades into my style. My motivation comes from these sad maxis sims and bringing them to life (and honestly justice).
