A few of my own words about the situation:

I want to help even in a small part to support the cause. As an artist this has sincerely caused me a lot of stress in the last couple of weeks (if you don't count the small ways in which it has always loomed over mine and other creator's heads for years).

Thousands of people have already called and the mounted pressure HAS produced reactions - If you want to be free on the internet to consume and produce adult content responsibly without having puritanical, multi-millionaire corporate heads trying to dictate how you should do so, this pertains to you. If you have ever had a game, piece of art, movie or comic that you really enjoyed pulled from shelves or an website for no apparent reason but the adult and LGBT content present in it, this pertains to you. If you feel frustrated by the progressively smaller pool of websites and places online in which you can share experiences and relate to others about sensitive topics like abuse, drug use, or death, this pertains to you.

DNI minors / non-kink blogs

My nose has been feeling so sensitive this week, maybe from the changing weather. I had to stifle a few sneezes at work - I work with some very keen blessers and managed to avoid all blessings, so I take that as a success.

I barely have to touch the back of my nose with the tissue and my breath starts hitching. The breaths are sharp and rapid, but the irritation is so intense, my nose is so overwhelmed, it feels hard to actually sneeze at times.

Maybe I should get my chhinkni out while this is going on...

Obsessed with tough characters who are seemingly immortal/invincible, being reduced to a sniffly sneezy weakened mess when they get sick or have allergies.

Like picture this: motherfucker A, throughout their life has been stabbed, shot with arrows, run over, has fallen off cliffs & buildings, has dueled, has broken almost every bone in their body at least once by this point… A’s like a cockroach, they just survive everything, & do so in the most calm, stoic way.

Then they A gets sick/has allergies flare up. And they’re just an absolute wreck. Constantly curled up in a ball somewhere, sneezing their head off. Coughing. Shivering. Trying (& failing) to contain their leaky faucet of a nose. Eyes all watery. Face all warm. Being suuuper dramatic about it.

Bonus points if they have a partner, B, who is always so concerned about them. Always nagging them about staying out of trouble, while cleaning A’s wounds. Always asking A, “Jesus what the fuck are you made of?!” After seeing them escape certain death for like the 40-billionth time, A of course not giving a single shit.

Then B sees A get sick/have allergies for the first time & is in total shock at their utter helplessness. They don’t know whether to laugh or scream. But since this is probably the only time A would ever voluntarily let B take care of them, they can’t resist. And B ends up pampering the shit out of them. (While also constantly teasing A about how cute they are when they’re vulnerable like this.)

Ever since I got on Tumblr, I've seen how generous and abundant it is with everyone sharing incredible wavs, videos, writings, fictions, etc. I’ve felt inspired to contribute for a while, and spontaneously decided to pull the trigger today when I found myself home alone. I wanted to sneeze freely because my nose was super tickly, but I snuck one pinch stifle in there as well.

Grumpy cat sickie who isn't ready to forgive their partner just yet, but they feel miserable and are stuffed up and whiny. All they want to do is cling to their partner and be cared for, because that's the only time they really let their guard down and allow themselves to become vulnerable.

Their partner knows this but isn't going to push them, even if watching them whimper and moan and pout is excruciating. Grumpy cat partner who stays in their partners orbit and warm presence and allows minor doting; fresh blankets, fresh tissues/handkerchiefs, another hot mug of tea wouldn't hurt either. Oh no, they actually fell asleep curled up with their partner because they are just so clingy and terribly sick.
