The gall of big companies and talking heads to say that NOBODY WANTS TO WORK while offering shit wages, no benefits, no PTO, no career mobility or protection, terrible working conditions, no oversight, gutted safety regulations, and only accepting candidates through THE most unnecessarily convoluted application processes imaginable, which aren't even reviewed by humans.

Meanwhile, they'll fire perfectly qualified workers to increase profit margins (or for no reason at all), force remaining staff to take on more and more work with no increase in compensation, or have constant turnover because the company culture views workers as expendable and replaceable, all the while bitching that there's not enough "qualified applicants."

And then they'll turn down a potential employee because they don't like how their name is spelled or their resume doesn't show a Bach degree and ten years of experience for an entry-level job that pays $12/hr.

Fuck all the way off into the sun.
