- Listen to underwater ocean sounds to help soothe dysphoria, there are a few on youtube. Heres one!

- Get into swimming! Always take up an offer to go swimming, especially if it is in the ocean.

- On the topic of swimming, learn how to swim fast! Basically just practice swimming lol.

- Eat plenty of fish and crustaceans. Salmon, shrimp, crawfish, clams, tuna, to put it simply: eat a bunch of sea food!

- Get fake fangs, you can buy them at halloween stores or online!

- Be curious on how things taste, and dont be a picky eater. Atleast take one bite of a food you havent tried before it is offered to you.

- Take baths rather than showers, and spend a long time in the water.

- Make your skin smooth using lotion, body creams, bath scrubs, etc! Sharks dont hae scales, so they have smooth skin.

- Learn to fight. But be chill most of the time! Because yeah, you want people to be scared of you even though you are relatively chill.

- Constantly be moving or fidgeting, never stop moving! (based off the myth that sharks die if they stop swinming, which isnt true for most shark species)

- Make a fake fin! You could make one out of cardboard and felt!

- Start being physical in a playful way! Literally Bump into your friends on occasion.
