"I see through deception."
Today's sigil is about lifting the metaphorical wool over your eyes. We often want more clarity, whether with people, spirits, divination, etc. I suggest using this sigil when doing divinations, speaking with new or unfamiliar people/entities, or in situations where you think someone may be trying to deceive or misguide you.
You could draw this on your receptive hand, inscribe it in energy or water/invisible ink over your third eye, carry it with you on paper or the leaf of a plant you associate with clarity of sight, and so on.

-You are driving late at night, the dark road winds ahead of you. There is a destination in mind.
-the road before you forks. You cant remember if you go through the mountain or around. You decide to go through.
-you took the wrong path.
-its getting darker. That shouldn't be possible.
-you pass by some bones strung out of a tree and a rock with dark red smearings on it. Keep going.
-Dont look in your rearview mirrors.
-you swear to god you've been driving for hours, where the hell are you?
-You cant tell if those bones in the trees are the same ones from earlier.
-its getting darker.
-you see a deer off the side of the road.
-its getting darker.
-are you sure that was a deer?
-dont look in the rearview.
-its getting darker.
-the clock on your dashboard hasn't changed in a long time.
-you get the feeling you aren't alone out here.
-dont look in the rearview.
-deer don't walk upright.
-it cant get any darker.
-according to the dashboard, no time has passed since you last checked the time.
-it feels like the trees are closing in on you.
-you know that you saw something pretending to be a deer. But it stood on two legs and walked like a human.
-dont look in the rearview.
-where were you driving to in the first place?
-where the hell are you?
-there are the bones in the tree again.
-when did your gas tank get so low?
-dont look in the rearview.
-the empty tank light starts flashing.
-you swear you hear laughing all around you.
-its getting darker.
-your truck sputters to a halt.
-dont look in the rearview.
-you see something moving just out of range of your headlights.
-there is movement on both sides of the road now too.
-You know for certain you are not alone out here.
-those aren't deer.
-dont look in the rearview.
-God cant hear you out here.
-dont. Look. In. The. Rearview.

🎃 Samhain 🎃
Hi loves, hope you all are doing well!
Today we are going to be learning about Samhain, since we are now officially in the spooky scary time of the month!
What is Samhain?
Samhain is a festival of Celtic origin (Ireland, England, Wales, Scotland and France) and is also known as Celtic New Year's Day.
It marks the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter, also called the 'darker half' of the year.
Traditionally, it is celebrated on October 31st at sunset and ends on November 1st sunset.
Samhain was the time when the doorways to the Otherworld opened (the veil between worlds becomes the thinnest), and this allowed supernatural beings and souls of the dead to come into our world.
Due to this, Samhain is known as a festival for the dead.

Prayer to Pan
Mighty and glorious Pan I call Lord, god, master, wild and untamed Pan, king of the world, mountain-born Come my lord, my god, come and hear my prayer Son of Hermes, who brings fright onto mortals and joy onto gods Pursuer of mirth and fun, spirit uncontrolled and free My words I raise to you oh Pan, my love and adoration I lift to your name Hoof-footed and horned, companion of animal and human alike Hail mighty Pan, lord of life and its mysteries Hail Pan, king infinite and great

I call to great Pan, lord of the wilderness, friend of the nymphs and the free-hearted beasts, master of the winding paths, the tangled trees, the dark of the deep woods. Pan, whose presence strikes fear into those who wander, whose might brings mindless terror at your will, you hold as well the power to grant a tranquil mind, a spirit at rest, freedom from a turbulent heart. Pan, take from me the baseless fright, the pulse-pounding dread that closes the mind to reason, the circling doubts and worries that freeze us in place despite all we know to be true. Pan, grant me strength to fight these unfounded fears, grant me clarity to see what is false, grant me the peace of the long view, the comfort of certainty.

The Teachings of Pan
***UPG*** -Learn to Live -Away with the things that bring no joy -Cast out all Shame. If it brings joy, it is no sin -Enjoy the fruits of life, and let others enjoy -Let your will be stone and heart be fire. Lift with the winds -All trees begin as a seed. Be proud, seed, for you will one day be a tree. -Walk like a god, talk like a god, be as a god, for you are indeed a god -A song from the wise is worth more than a lecture from the ignorant -For the snake to bite, there must be movement in the mouse -You are a child of beasts. Be as a lion, be as a wolf, be as a hawk -Speak what you wish and mean it -Know what you seek and find it -Find the god within and love it
