the girlies want morally grey men who yearn

it has been years since I have made a tumblr post and what an interesting turn of events this is. i'm here about an insufferably long and deeply yearning fan fiction i wrote about an idea and character that has been sitting with me for the better part of five years.

stay with me-- lets talk about draco malfoy fan fics.

i read dramione because the fics are god tier. the writing is unmatched. they leave me absolutely shattered in the best way.

but truly, i really am not a hardcore dramione shipper. (not drarry either sorry my loves xx)

so i created the character i pictured being draco's ideal pairing, then i started writing and i kept writing and kept writing and kept writing and now here i am with this large piece of work that has four major story arcs:

hormonal, reckless, carefree teens fall in love at hogwarts

death eater high society vibes

sweet, blissful domesticity (short lived)

WAR.

i wrote this fic for myself at the end of the day. i had so much fun doing it. but i do not see a big desire for draco x oc fics and i do not want to share my masterpiece with the world unless it will prompt widespread squealing and feet kicking.

if i can find my people who read dramione for *draco* and really just love a morally grey love interest who yearns, i'd really love to share this story with you. xxx
