I think they just crawl out of water so they'd rather invite the girls in the water with them heheh. And yes I think they live in a river or something and can travel to the sea whenever they like

In this AU based between the 17th-18th century I imagined Cecilia as a young widow of a past forced marriage, while Irina is her friend and tutor that never married and that makes a living by teaching piano and other disciplines (so basically what we'd call a "spinster"). So, two young women thriving together, cozy and relatively unbothered, but missing out on what real love could be! And who else if not a pair of handsome twin mermen could give them this once in a lifetime chance?

Could it be ADHD, low blood sugar levels or something else? Studying the piano remains a sore point for Florien, but perhaps he doesn't mind so much... it's an excuse to spend more with Irina. She seems to have become more patient lately... but only because she has to reciprocate after the numerous help she received with singing.

That's what she would answer with a scornful look. As usual, it's better not to contradict her and let her be... we've probably made her waste too much time already and she and Florien need to wrap their study session.
