This might give this house maybe a taste of materialism, as it rules money, wealth, and worth; Malefic manifestations of Venus comes with vanity, shallowness, & greed; a shadow of Taurus’ luxury, reflecting onto the 2nd House.

The Succedent 2nd house falls from the 1st house, stabilizing who we are with what pleasures us, gives us worth, and what makes you you by what is yours.

If you are beginning your semester of school this upcoming week or sometime soon; I am wishing that you transition smoothly into your academic environment. I hope that you develop comfortable relationships with your professors and instructors. I pray any financial burdens that have arisen be resolved timely and easily.

sometimes you need to do the hard thing. study for your test even if it’s boring and you want to avoid it. get up an hour early to exercise even if you feel like death. go out of your way to help someone else even if it’s inconvenient. do something alone even though you’re afraid of being judged. go somewhere new even if it’s scary and disorientating at first. confess to the person who makes u blush even if it means risking rejection. let go of your old habits even though it feels like you can’t live without them. it’s supposed to be hard. life isn’t going to have amazing rewards if you’re always feeling comfortable.

i have a friend who is colorblind.

i have another friend with synesthesia where she sees colors when she listens to music

my colorbind friend has always wanted to see color and because my friend with synesthesia and my colorblind friend have the same taste in music, she describes color to my colorblind friend by relating it back to music

like “the sky is duke ellington’s satin doll”

and it is the purest thing this is what pure friendship is
