Building off what I said in this post:

Have you ever gotten angry at your body? Like when you feel sick and you're just miserably frustrated at your own guts for making you feel awful for reasons you don't completely understand? Or when you come up against your own limits and hate them- being irrationally furious at needing to stop in the middle of a project to eat or use the bathroom, wanting to stay up and keep doing things long past the point you needed to sleep.

That feeling of "why do you have to keep causing problems instead of just telling me what's wrong, and why do I have to feel bad every time something goes wrong with you!" But you also know that it isn't doing it on purpose- because first of all, your body doesn't actually have the ability to consciously decide not to do those things, it doesn't know what's going on, and is working to solve the problem it's capable of recognizing with what it has to work with.

And second, that's literally just you. And you can't pretend that it's not your own choices that didn't put your body into whatever situation it's blindly, self-destructively reacting to.

Yeah, let's take a moment and think about this in the context of that "Siffrin as the body and Loop as the soul" dynamic.

I'm just saying, that fits really well with Loop's combination of compassion and frustration with Siffrin's... everything.

the end of an era. years of theories, questions, memes, everything, deltarune and its fanbase will never be the same. With these new chapters coming out during a very significant moment in my life, it feels like i'm finally seeing an old friend again, a friend i've been growing up with throughout the years. thank you, toby fox. deltarune is truly tomorrow

Had a dream where Toby released a critical content update for Undertale and people got so excited theh crashed steam’s servers trying to download and when someone finally did it was a low quality jpeg of sans saying “why are you here. Go play Deltarune”

Imagine Loop leaning into their and Siffrin's shared theater kid status by describing their whole dynamic as like an aging primadonna starlet- pun very much intended- being jealous of the pretty new chorus girl at the opera house or whatever.

"Oh, stardust, you can't understand it- you still have your looks and a future ahead of you! And all your hair- you should do something nice with it, I had such good hair and I never appreciated that when I was your age. Ah, youth is wasted on the young..."

"We are literally the exact same age."

(Also gives them a good excuse to dramatically stroke Siffrin's face and lean way in close while quoting lines from plays they like, which is great.)
