"Found You"

This is art of my OC Allegory being caught by Riddle from @plushieray2 's Insane Heartslabyul AU! I drew it as a submission for this DTIYS

The general idea behind this art was 'what if my OC was like a borrower in Heartslabyul when everything is going down' and led to me drawing them when they've been found by Riddle.

It's supposed to look as if Al is glowing, because they know they stick out like a sore thumb and Riddle has already spotted them - so it's impossible for them to hide. Additionally, the pattern of the surface that Alvis on calls back to both the general aesthetics of Heartslabyul - but also to the idea of Al being captured like a chess piece.

I had a lot of fun playing around with the lighting and shading for this (Riddle's hair took me a while but it was worth it!!! :D)

Did a quick doodle of Jo a bit older + without his beastkin traits - might use him for RP at some point but only after I'm finished with my coursework

pro tip you can just grab a bunch of random parts from dumpsters and hardware stores and computer stores and just attach them together haphazardly and then put it in your suitcase and take it to the airport and get arrested pretty much 100% of the time

btw if you're bored as an artist you should try learning to draw fat and skin folds, it genuinely is really fun once you get into it.

I've been thinking about Ena and my OC Ranmaru - and if you know about my OCs (you probably don't I don't talk about them much lol) you'd know that I tend to reuse them in different fandoms simply because they bring me joy and I love them so so so so much.

Anyways, Ranmaru is like 8, blind, and is incredibly sheltered (was kept indoors for a few years after The Incident) so I can't help but wonder if it would be fun to isekai him to whatever world Ena resides in. Ena now has this little squishy guy under her wing and she doesn't know how to be soft with something like him but he just kinda latched onto her and trusts her way more than she's been trusted by anyone before him so she just kinda. Keeps the lil guy around idk lol.

I think every original character is important because we're fans of popular people's original characters. your OCs would have become someone's favorites

I would like each person's fictional universes and characters to have more attention, fanarts, fanfics, and recognition... it's too idealistic a view, but it's such a good one

it's a pity that this happens rarely, despite the fact that everyone puts a lot of work into their work..
