This is so shameful. How could we have possibly allowed this heinous cruelty to come so far. We've failed the Palestinian people so egregiously, there aren't words to describe it. Bisan, I'm sorry. I am so unbelievably sorry. We don't deserve your forgiveness. Over and over again we repeat the same horrid acts of violence against each other. And over and over again we learn absolutely nothing. Millions upon millions of innocent lives are completely destroyed, and we have only ourselves to blame.

We are living through the most difficult and severe time of our lives.

The crossings have been closed for two months. We are facing real famine and conditions so harsh that only those who have lived through them can truly understand. Flour is nearly impossible to find, and when it is available, the price is astronomically high. There is no food. We survive on a tiny amount of rice, which now costs 50 shekels per kilo. We do not eat to feel full — we eat only to silence our hunger.

We just want to live like everyone else. We are asking for the basic right to life, and at the very least, the right to education. Life has become about surviving each day. We cannot study, and we cannot teach our children. Education — once a dream — has now become almost impossible.

Internet access is nearly nonexistent. We walk long distances searching for a connection, even when transportation is unavailable. If transportation is found, it costs far more than we can afford. Withdrawing money is nearly impossible — half of it disappears. When we step outside, we are overwhelmed by fear as massacres happen all around us.

We are pleading for your help. Please stand with us. Stop this genocide. There is no life. There is no peace.

URGENT: Family of 5 trapped under IOF fire without food or water!!

Ayah does not have internet access right now and cannot post about her situation, so she contacted a friend who reached out to me.

Ayah, her husband, and their 3 small children are currently trapped under IOF assault. They are besieged in their north Gaza home as IOF tanks move in. They have no food left, and their meager water ration will only last them another 2 days!! A fire has broken out nearby and their neighborhood is in complete chaos.

We have posted previously about Ayah’s son Osama, whose health remains very fragile. This siege and deprivation could kill him even if the fire and IOF death squads do not!

They urgently need $1000 USD to hire transportation out of the area!! Friends of Osama's family on the ground in Gaza are extremely concerned for their wellbeing!!

We are originally from Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, but at the beginning of the war we were displaced several times without any shelter. Our house was completely destroyed, and we are now homeless.
