Say hello to my Roblox Pressure oc, Z-13-V, or as he prefers to be called, Virgil! In my mind there were a lot of attempts to improve on Sebastian's hybrid nature, with Z-13-B through U being considered "failures". To the scientists at Urbanshade, Virgil was nearly perfect, if it weren't for his reluctance to perform his defensive duties for the Blacksite. Since they gave him so many protective features, they found it nearly impossible to terminate him, so at the time of the breach, he was kept around for experiments. His electric eel dna allows him to deliver powerful shocks through the water, potentially shocking any expendables unlucky enough to startle him while traversing the site. He doesn't want to hurt anyone :(( he's just a little guy.
