My dad got a new job, and we're celebrating it today, and I know MLP was one of his favorite shows. And that he always wanted those cupcakes for his birthdays but never got them.

He tried to give the owner behind the counter a smile, but it was weak, from thinking about his beloved.

“I’m sure she will appreciate the desserts.”

He continued to look at the many dessert options.

“Do you happen to have parfaits? That’s my favorite. Thank you!”
