🌸 HELP MC COMMAND CENTER PLEASE 🌸😭😭

Hi I'm so frustrated. If anyone could help, please! I use MC Command Center to import households from my library as townies. (Using the population tray import setting on 100%). I also have "homeless move ins" turned on incase they are automatically imported as homeless sims. But I visited all houses in all worlds, and not one of my library households are in them. Do they just not move in unoccupied homes? Do I have to manually move them in by putting them in "other households" then evicting them so they become homeless and for the "homeless movein" setting to work? Or does this also not work and do I actually have to keep them in "my household"? Note: because the mccc setting says they import sims from my library, i do not have the said sims in "my households" or "other households (not in world)".
