Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins – Ketogenic Low Carb
I had been in the mood to get a banana flavor, however, once all of us know, banana is overly full of natural sugar to eat once you are keeping carbohydrates low. I recalled a base recipe I opted to use investing in a number of the banana and had for muffins infusion I had to determine if I could meet my banana craving like that. Success!

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins - Ketogenic, low carb
Serves 18
Moist and flavorful banana chocolate chips which can be packed with carbohydrates and contain no gluten-free.
Wet Ingredients
4 oz of butter, room temp (1 ) rod )
1/2 cup Pyure
4 oz full-fat cream cheese
3 eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
1.5 tsp of vanilla infusion
3/4 teaspoon banana extract
Dry Ingredients
1/3 cup soy protein isolate
1/3 cup oat fiber (or 2 tbsp coconut milk )
1/3 cup vanilla flour
1 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon glucomannan or xanthan gum
1/4 teaspoon salt
Add Last
3 Tbsp Lilly's Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips OR 85% black choc cut into bits
Directions
Beginning with the wet ingredients, then cream the sugar and butter together until the butter is significantly much slightly lighter in color, then mix into the cream. Add eggs and whip the mix. Mix in the banana and also the cream and vanilla infusion.
Blend the dry ingredients in another bowl and then put them into the wet ingredients. Put in chocolate balls or the chocolate chips.
Scoop into well-greased muffin tins, or use cupcake liners, and bake at 350 until just turning brown on the shirts - approximately 1416 moments depending upon your oven.
**My oven is hotter therefore that I cut the space to 325. Keep a watch out for the shirts for a pale coloration.
Notes Chocolate chips or bits can be wholly redeemed for plain banana crackers.

Notice: whey-protein can create increased blood glucose levels in certain people. Simply exit the protein, if you're among these folks and then utilize 1/2 cup of oat fiber within this banana chocolate chip muffin recipe and 1/2 cup of flour.
