You know how in school you're often given assignments that's very broad like "Talk about one person in American History and create a presentation to present to the class."

Florida is editing textbooks to remove all mentions of segregation and race from the Rosa Parks story. The newest version submitted for approval literally just says "She was told to give up her seat. She did not." With no mention of WHY.

If you're in the Florida school system, or have a kid in the Florida school system. I need you to protest these changes by creating presentations that go major in depth about the Rosa Parks story as often as possible (and any other stories in the Civil Rights Movement that are being sanitized in this fashion).
