i often think about the Disgusting jobs no one wants to do (like working in the sewers) and how they should get paid like THE MOST MONEY to deal with OUR disgusting waste.

i worked at a uniform rental company before it mentally broke me in 2020 and i had to quit due to constant panic attacks but i always thought the guys in the back processing the NASTY SHIT for cleaning deserved to get paid the most in that building. it's hot, that shit was stinkin and gross.. mind u a LOT of the places that were picked up from (restaurants mostly) would leave their dirty towels sitting in outside weather for A WEEK before pickup again so they were moldy and gross as well as greasy and disgusting and then 5 dudes had to sort through that stuff, touching it, getting it all over their uniforms etc. why should people who sat in ac controlled comfy schools who had some kind of decent enough financial stability to even GO to school in the first place who now sit in comfy offices doing less work than everyone else get paid MORE money than the people sitting in literal slop, breaking their backs and risking their own health cleaning up the filth of society.

pay the garbage men. pay the sewer workers. pay the dirty processor washers. PAY PEOPLE FOR THE LABOR THEY DO TO MAKE UR LIFE COMFY.

god i wish this would happen. i keep saying it'd be nice if the people that vote for the bullshit actually have to feel the consequences of their bullshit without the rest of us having to suffer for it as well. i DESPERATELY want them to get their ass handed to them for it but i don't want it at the expense of everyone else.

this pisses me off so much bc i found out that a lot of office people DON'T DO ANY WORK for 8 hours meanwhile at my old job i was busting my ass for a measly $12/hr, basically doing my supervisor's job for him while he bragged to me he was buying boats and expensive bedroom furniture sets with his fat pay checks, dealing with drama up to my eyeballs on the daily, having people who hated that i was good at my job trying to get my fired or to quit every day and took joy in just making my life hell until i had an actual mental break down and i haven't worked since. but the people in the office would be waltzin around laughin joking talking about how they only have max 4 hrs of work to do every day and just act like they're doing something the rest of the 4 hours they're there getting paid to look busy.
