Sooo story of my first long shifting

Important info about my DR:

I, Ren, was adopted by Sirius Black(not guilty because wizarding laws MAKE FUCKIN SENSE)

Harry Potter, my adopted brother, also living with us

My beloved besties George, Fred and our adopted bestie Cedric(i didn’t script him being our bestie but alas my subconscious knows better ig)

In this DR, it’s year 1994 Givlet of fire (and yes Harry gets to live NORMALLY) but with sort of 2010s technology (i m not living without constant music access and headphones)

And yes, noseless babybitch is defeated for ever. cuz ain’t no way, wizards already have too much to deal with.

If you want to know anything about particular things: ask. But now i want to vent about something that’s been up to my chest for 6 months(in DR) and ever since i shifted back.

Sooo to start with, mine and twin Weasley 6th year starts. Everything seems normal(as normal as it can, knowing all three of us have adrenaline addiction)

But one November night, i m alone, wanting to study in library.

Nothing seems to happen, just me, invisibility cloak, and forbidden section(DUH how could i resist the urge to learn about ancient magic???)

And ONCE I WANT TO LEAVE I HEAR A CRASH.

i swear for a moment i thought this bitch Filch got my ass again and my detention will be increased.

But thank god it wasn’t him.

Once i turn around i see a guy i didn’t see yet(makes sense since i don’t talk too much to other houses despite my Gryffindors and some Hufflepuffs, idk why i think others just think i m too chaotic and weird)

I ask him tf is he doing here, he swears he just wanted to take one book and that’s all. We talk for awhile, since both of us happen to be curious about ancient magics.

Long story short, after a night of finding books about said subject, me and this so happen Slytherin guy Elian become sort of friends/ly with each other.

And i still regret to drag Elian into my friend group. I mean all of us seems to go really well with one another and all…

But…

Oh GOD i would be lying if i said my heart didn’t skip a few beats ever since our eyes first met. And i would also be lying if i said a didn’t expect something like that would happen. My soul said yes, but my brain yelled no.

And now i find myself in a situation when i fell so bad for a guy, but i just don’t give myself a permission to acknowledge or do something about it.

1) i have no idea if he’s queer or not

2) this boy doesn’t even exist as a character here, so i don’t think i can handle this normally

But y’all should understand. He’s a long haired brunet with brown eyes and godly eyebrows. Not to mention how smart he is and how much loser energy he carries.

i had NO CHANCE

i still don’t know how to process the thoughts and i feel stupid because of that so this post is kinda odd sorry

haven’t even shifted in my dr yet but lowkey have flashbacks that something really unpredictable and mind changing WILL happen to me there. i mean…it’s always this way, cause i bring chaos everywhere i go but i just FEEL IT WITH MY SOUL.
