The new clips that I got sit in my hair a lot better. My hairs pretty thick and the new ones are bigger than the tester clip I used on the first attempt.

The real question is would you buy them if I started selling them?

A new piece for a friend

Not embroidery but my new dress from black milk turned up and look how cute it is!!!!

My first attempt at an entirely hand made bow.

No machine or glue used.

This isn’t me judging anyone for using a machine or glue, I would have sold my sister for a sewing machine half way through this but I’m poor and I do a lot of my embroidery during the night when my partner is asleep and I think if I whacked out a sewing machine at 2am I wouldn’t have a partner for very long 😂

I realised after I’d already finished the lavender embroidery that it is in fact, done the wrong way ☹️ but live and learn, this was a test run to see what snags I would come up against (like not allowing a large enough seam when sewing the bow tails closed and it all just ripping back open when the cotton frayed at the edge while I was fighting to pull it the right way through.

It’s got a little clip in the back so it can actually go in your hair and I might stress test it and wear it at work tomorrow.

It’s been transferred and hooped. It’s on a very pale green fabric though my camera and the light in my room makes it look white
