RIGHT SO FOUR MONTHS LATER i think i straight up stopped watching and forgot in the middle of two shows but ANYWAYS its 4am and im just ????????? so this show is pretty fun and i think i picked it cause it has a similar vibe and same actress lead as a different show im watching but this one is a little more silly and fun.

anyways main couple? i love them. theres kind of a love triangle involved but its one of those love triangles where its not really a love triangle. its them and their friend steve. /ref anyways so this third char is into her and main guy is kinda jealous but like. she's not interested anyways. i mean technically all she's into is vengeance at that point but also him. falling for and developing emotions for Him. so i did just binge watch like 6 hours of this show. and right now they are having such a cute domestic slice of life break and theyre just. so happy. obviously theyre gonna have to unfake their deaths and go back to royal vengeance soon for the Plot but aaaa. not the fake dating turned domestic pretending to be siblings to avoid getting stabbed by the other party by calling urselves married but then retconning that later to be like aCTUALLY SHE IS MY WIFE SHE WAS JUST MAD when some other guy proposes and its just fjdjsjswh anyways they're just happy and fun and i don't want things to go bad for them. like if they weren't trying to avenge the lives of thousands of innocents and expose the super corrupt prince. they would probably happily get married and live in domestic country bliss. but alas, gotta avenge everyone and idk save the country or something.

oh also hatepost for the prince who is tryna gaslight gatekeep girlboss the actual girlboss into marrying him even tho she likes main guy and isnt into evil prince (tho rn she thinks main guy is dead and also main guy is only into main girlie anyways) but its just like every time he goes near her its like bitch. she aint interested go away. idc if you're in love with her. boundaries. let her girlboss and rule over the army. she's not interested in getting married and u literally just fake deathd meant to be real deathed your brother aka the guy she likes calm down dude.

yeah i spent half of the first part of the ep thinking one guy was someone else 😭 in my defense, i don't recognise their faces because every time they talk, im reading the subs so i only notice their outfits and voices which. when u put them in school uniforms and don't let them talk. unhelpful. but anyways appreciation for monkey boy my beloved. they added in some quirky fun characters and i love this guy with my whole heart. dude is just so fun and silly and he's wonderful. there's also a guy who im like 97% confident is one of my favourite secondary characters in another show cause im pretty sure thats his voice and i think? it could be his face?? without his normal hair and clothes though i cant be certain,, it was like a month ago i last watched the other show sadly. but he's so fun he's just always. doing random backflips and stunts and. dude is running on gamer mechanics. straight up flying when he jumps and man. love that for him. also kinda sensing a love triangle in their group like. monkey boy and quirky girl feel like theyd be a good fit but quirky girl likes nerdy boy. protag isnt involved cause thats her cousin and her other cousin,, they can do what they want but if they hurt my monkey boy i WILL start fights.

appreciation post for protag literally just haunting everyone and having fun with it. ex husband is straight up having a massive breakdown through grief and she's just stirring up trouble. dude has enough pain every time he sees someone who looks just like the ex wife he killed but now she's around even more???? reminding him??? lol. and ofc he's 100% convinced she's dead cause she buried the other girl whose identity she's using in her place so when he literally checked where he buried her,, dude sure found a body! dude is not having a good time. she's just actively causing trouble for the characters she doesnt like and i love that fr her. i mean her whole thing is that she's doing this fr revenge for herself and also for the girl she's pretending to be,, so good on her that she crushes them. i wanna keep watching but its 1am and i have to be up at like 8 so i should stop here rip

alright so - episode 10! it looks like they might be setting up fun guy but who is just here fr the chaos as a love interest?? and if they do i really hope its not a love triangle option where he's rejected fr the other guy (who literally thinks he killed the main character bcos he tried to and she's just taking over someone elses identity cause she secretly survived),, like. i know that u loved him and he loved u and u got married but girlie. he literally killed you. even if someone else made him do it and pulled the strings,,,,,,, istg if she ends up with murder husband instead of popcorn dude,, im gonna riot. but fr this guy is literally discussing it like. gotta support the lead actress if i wanna watch all the drama. he knows SOMETHING is going on. he sees her plotting and scheming and is INVESTED and yeah maybe catching feelings too. but plsssss dont let her end up with ugh guy 😭 but yeah im gonna be honest. everyone has such similar outfits and hairstyles that i still struggle with identifying characters. they change into different styles and im just like. which guy are you 😭 i dont look at them enough to recognise their facial structure and features please i rely on hairstyles and that!! is not working when they all style it the same. gonna need to watch the trailers and actually pay attention to see if it'll show the guy i like or the ex husband more in the romantic cutscenes cause bro. brooo.

oh yeah also the plot is going well. im not entirely sure how old the main character is supposed to be, nor how old the character she's pretending to be is. like ??? she's definitely older than 15, we know that much. but beyond that????? who knows. i want to say 20 but it implies younger so maybe 18?? bit anyways theyre in a school arc now so thats fun,, im intreagued. its half term next week so im off work a lot which is neat!! so i can just take some time to binge watch and blanket make!

im on episode 7 of the show i started this morning! i am thriving. ngl this show is kinda darker and less fun and silly than i usually go for, things are pretty serious most of the time and there aren't magic shenanigans BUT im still intrigued. its got 40 eps so like. it'll have a nice long plot. im kinda hoping that if there is a romantic plot, its not between the mc and her ex husband cause. dude tried to bury her so like. bury that relationship amirite,, i like the fun invesigator guy he's just sitting back and watching the chaos, in his lane, i hope he doesn't turn out to be a bad guy i like that guy

SO i started a new show but honestly, im not really that invested after one episode, not really sure what's meant to be going on and i dont care for any characters so! guess who's getting cut from the watchlist!

Might start one of the 40ep shows and see if they're worth a watch, im home alone tomorrow so i COULD spend a good chunk of time binge watching my way into the show at least

RIGHT SO I FINISHED W - TWO WORLDS APART

honestly i actually finished it like an hour and a half ago and just have been doomscrolling since but ANYWAYS

so!! im pretty happy with the ending, to start! which is a pretty high level view, considering that like 50% of these reviews have been like 'good show good concept but WHY did it have to end that way' *side eyes the game world show and the one abt makeup* but yeah!! they didn't go for a sad ending where they're stuck forever in different worlds, honestly im still not entirely convinced it would actually *work* having dude exist in their world permanently like. he has no identity?? he does not exist?? can he even be employed is he gonna get in trouble is he evading taxes????? anyways ignoring the consequences of yknow. literally not existing as a real person to the government. it was a good ending!! they're together and things are going to be okay (and honestly i can't tell what was up with that ending like ?? are they still in a story?? are they in a new world or was that just a fourth wall element???? idk i could probably vibe with a 'after she died in the comic she never actually fully left it' storyline like. girlie cant actually go back to her world since she died there so its actually just a story version of hers. but anyways!!

aside from the sheer chaos and bewilderment the fans must have been going through like. not only does the plot of your favourite series go off the rails, but like, if you did a deep dive research into it (which i bet like. given the popularity. fans would have done) there would be this whole borderline conspiracy part of the fandom that is just entirely correct in their hypothesis of '*guys its actually not a story this was all actually happening look this is her and she was in hospital and the release dates iT LINES UP I SWEAR AND-*' i think itd be so fun,,

But yeah! This show allowed me to enjoy being a fan of sthn and also elements of magic and romance and i thought that was super neat. feel like they coulda expanded more on the whole 'girlie was actually the original creator of lover boy's character' plot twist a little more like ?? does that impact things?? like we know that it means she somehow has a special connection and all that to the device but idk itd be interesting to see how it wouldve been explored in terms of their relationship like. 'oh you're actually my teen selves' ideal boyfriend and then my dad developed ur character into something solid' honestly im so glad that it wasnt portraying him as old man's self insert or sthn cause imagine how awkward that would be like, mmm. oedipus core?? idk. anyways time to pick a new show!! and probably kick the others off my downloads and tbw list since if theyve been there more than a week theyre dead to me

okay, so to save her they need the tablet that was stolen by the president guy who is the other villain in the story, so they'll have to face the other villain, restore lover boy's place as the hero so he doesn't blink out of existence, then they can bring the tablet back into the real world, draw her back to life and they can live happily ever after 🥰 honestly its kinda funny imagining what the fans are thinking like. imagine if ur favourite webcomic just straight up went off the rails. a super weird twist, like ten chapters and oops actually thats all a Dream ignore all of that... except that the guy from the dream is the killer and also the girl from the dream also keeps showing up and oh it wasnt actually a dream and whats up with all the fourth wall stuff and- tbf ive actually read a few fics where the plot has gone completely off the rails, the author has quite literally lost the plot and its all very ???????? and yeah. imagine reading a fanfic and then looking up the characters just to see a news article all about the event that just happened in the fic and its like ??? is this fanfiction?? is this reality?? what kind of marketing stunt for the movie is this-

anyways on that note, im loving this series and i'll probably end up finishing it today!

i need to stop adding a new show to my watchlist every day. every time nflix changes the suggested show at the top of my screen. im already spending like. a week per show. i feel like i need a line graph to properly appreciate the change in my watchlist over time. like im gaining so many shows and losing so few!! tbf i could probably just kick out a few by going back through it and removing anything i dont want BUT STILL thats sthn i'll do if it gets Too Full but tbf most of the shows there have genuinely caught my eye i just!! can only watch so many things at a time,unfortunately. technically i MIGHT have most of the summer off. but. thats????? not gonna help me cause thats when i'll be doing prep work for uni,, picking up extra shifts at work,, working on my design work before ultimately giving it up for a year,, finishing my blanket cause man tapestry takes a lot of time when you're doing it in sc with a 2.5 or 3mm hook,,,, on a blanket thats longer than i am tall,,,,,, and almost wider too,,, like double bed full sized blanket in single crochet with like 15 colours on a complex detailed pattern?? why did i start a massive crochet project whilst i was sick and my brain was compromised that was NOT a smart move. right. i was actually here because i opened netflix to continue my show. and added another to my list and wanted to scream abt doing it. okay show time.

okay correction its 37, id actually watched two of them and just not removed them. BUT there are also two movies so technically. still 39 things to watch!! just that the movies are basically just a single episode in length,, this is why i dont watch movies anymore rip. why watch 1 hour of content when i could enjoy 20. why read a tiny little oneshot when i could read a 200k fic. why do a little sketch when i could make an entire animatic. why crochet something small when i could make a tapestry blanket longer than i am tall. this is why i have these problems.

It's approaching 3am but i finished the show i started earlier! It was only 7 eps so like, 7-8 hours, so not as bad as the 16 hours+ i usually watch and will likely watch next! Gonna be honest, it probably wasn't my favourite show, im not actually sure i liked a single one of the characters and wasn't really committed to caring abt any of the relationships but hey, the show was more focused around the mystery and drama so it was something at least! Might look at starting one last episode of a new show tonight and then sleep (since i have work this afternoon and im kinda still sick so im just gonna have to sleep it off and hope i feel better when i wake up later!)
