Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3991 doesn’t have a cell of its own, as it is attached to D-[REDACTED]. SCP-3991 is allowed to roam around the facility as it pleases, but when D-[REDACTED] is needed, it must allow them to take control. SCP-3991 is to allow D-[REDACTED] to sleep so it can also get its own rest. During emergency lockdowns, D-[REDACTED] and SCP-3991 are to return to their cell, even if D-[REDACTED] is in the middle of testing with another SCP.

Description: SCP-3991 appears to be an 8.5 × 11 inch piece of paper with a face on it. Depending on its emotions at the moment, the facial expressions vary between happiness, sadness, anger, fear, and disgust. It has a perfect human mentality, and is rarely ever angry.

Those who have been in SCP-3991’s presence say they usually feel happy around them. But one guard that had been around it while it was angry said he felt oddly sad. It’s believed that this is a type of presence ability between positivity and negativity that’s known as a harmless ability.

In order to move around, it was needed to be put on D-[REDACTED]. The two seem to be great friends and take turns with control over the body. SCP-3991’s influence gave D-[REDACTED] a yellow eye with a black sclera and heart pupil. This is the exposed eye. D-[REDACTED]’s other eye, which is being covered and protected by SCP-3991, is a normal blue human eye.

D-[REDACTED] calls herself [REDACTED] while SCP-3991 called itself Eden. They usually try to be called by their real names, but they are still to be called by their usual classifcations.

D-[REDACTED] is to be fed well with extra food, since SCP-3991 absorbs D-[REDACTED]’s energy as its own food. SCP-3991 must be allowed to get daily exercise while it is in control, so must be allowed to walk around the facility.

There are no known escape attempts from either SCP-3991 or D-[REDACTED]. They are both peaceful. They both have an extremely kind personality, and make friends with other Class D and SCPs quickly. SCP-3991 and D-[REDACTED] must not be put in the same cell as a keter class for the purpose of their safety.

If D-[REDACTED] were to ever die, SCP-3991 must be put on a new Class D immediately, and the new host must be contained for a week to see how well SCP-3991 does with them.

SCP-8901

Standard Containment Procedures: SCP-8901 must be contained within a 20 ft. x 20 ft. cell. There are to be absolutely no video surveillance or optical tools of any kind inside SCP-8901's cell. Video surveillance can only be accessed when absolutely necessary. To ensure SCP-8901 is still within the cell, sensory tools like laser detectors shall be used by security personnel. The cell must be cleaned daily by 2 healthy Class D personnel. 2 guards are to stand outside the cell 24/7. Any photos of SCP-8901 are to be put into a heated box or burned immediately.

Description: SCP-8901 appears to be a humanoid creature that is 8 ft. tall. Its head is 5 eyes sorted out into different colours, that being red, pink, yellow, green, aqua. The red eye is believed to be the main eye. These eyes are connected by floating flesh, it is not yet explained what causes the flesh to float. The flesh comes from its pale body, taking the place of the neck, and the eyes taking the place of the head. ABSOLUTELY NO EYE CONTACT IS TO BE MADE WITH THE RED EYE OR YELLOW EYE.

SCP-8901 knows standard English and Spanish, it is unknown what allows SCP-8901 to talk. In theory, when the pink eye stares at you, it allows itself to enter your mind. 

SCP-8901 usually acts nice to those who don’t make eye contact with him. But this is believed to be an effort to make the target look into his red or yellow eye.

Safety requirements for entering the cell is having no part of your body exposed. Must be in a suit while wearing a mask. If the pink eye sees an exposed part of your body, you must be put unconscious immediately. Exposed Class D have been reported to become extremely paranoid and timid after, what 3 exposed and saved Class D have reported, seeing their deepest fears. The effects make it so you can have a heart attack from even a whisper. If the effects stay for longer than 5 minutes, they become permanent. The only known way to stop this effect is to be knocked unconscious.

An experiment with a class D shown that the aqua eye causes frightening hallucinations. It causes the victim to see, as D-[REDACTED] described after barely surviving, everything they have ever feared. It’s said to work well with the pink eye, since you become timid when it sees you. It’s described as an “instant death” if the pink eye sees you.

Class D and security that have made eye contact with the red eye have reported to have been possessed by SCP-8901. Those who made contact with the yellow eye had their mind taken over to help SCP-8901 breach. Effects start 5 minutes after eye contact. IF ANY EYE CONTACT IS MADE WITH EITHER EYES, YOU ARE TO BE ISOLATED OR KILLED IMMEDIATELY. 

It was reported that SCP-8901 can crawl out of photos of him. Any photos are to be put into a heated box or burned.

It was noted that SCP-8901 has warmed up to D-[REDACTED]. D-[REDACTED] is also believed to be immune to SCP-8901’s effects. This may be because SCP-8901 has become friends with them. D-[REDACTED] is to be sent to the cell every month for a day.
