Heyy this is my creepy pasta oc backstory it’s kinda short and cringe but yeah we are on tumblr
TW: transphobia, sight gore, bullying, homophobia, dolls. Slurs and insults
Today is the same as others, boring. Walking to school is boring, my parents are boring. Well at least I look not boring, being goth is much easier than being a cheerleading bitch. As I continue to walk to school I see my friend Clayton waving his hand.
“Marina ! Over here "
"Hey Clay, what’s up”
Clayton was my only friend, he was about 5,9 so he towered over me even in my boots. He had short gray hair that he dyed himself so it has spots of brown, he was a punk so he was also an outcast.
“Hey Marina , let's just skip school! You don’t want to go, I don’t want to go. Plus there is a new antique store in town!”
“Really? Think we can find anything good?”
“Maybe but it’s worth a shot, plus I know that you don’t want to go to after Jenny outed you as trans to literally the entire school”
“…yeah”
“Hey don’t be sad, you got me don’t u?”
“Y-Yeah, let’s go. I’m interested in this Antique store.”
—————————————————————————
We arrived at the antique shop, it was interesting and old looking for a new store. We looked around and there was a lot of weird old stuff, I continued to look around until I saw this doll. It had dark skin like mine, but blonde hair and was dressed in a black dress and Mary Janes, black fishnet gloves and a pearl necklace. I liked her, so I decided to buy her then and there.
“You're going to buy that doll?” Clayton asked
“Yes, I feel like she wants to be my friend and she was lonely”
“You do have a soft spot for lonely people as u are one yourself” Clayton teased but then he sounded nervous
“Hey Marina , I-I um would like you to be my girlfriend, and idc that your trans bc your beautiful and your like a raven and um well-“
Without a second to think I pulled him into a kiss.
————————————————————————-
It was later that night, I was in my dark room with nothing but the moon's lights shining through my window. I couldn’t sleep, to many thoughts in my head, ones about Clay, ones about Jenny at school, my parents. And when as if I could think anymore my eyes landed on the doll sitting on my dresser.
“I haven’t given you a name have I?”
“Mhm…”
I started to think of names and then a rose petal from my vase felt on top of it
“Ah hehe La Rosa”
I picked her up and went back to bed but as I walked towards my bed I saw a figure outside my window on the street just outside. It was just standing there
I hid under my covers and tried to say quiet, hugging my doll. I slowly drifted off to sleep.
—————————————————————————
It's been a few weeks since me and Clay started dating, it has been different yet again nice. School was still boring and I’m stuck in math class. Jenny started to talk short about me but I could hear it. After class Jenny and her friends stopped me in the bathroom
“Well if it isn’t the school tranny”
“Leave me alone Jenny”
“Haha why should I your a freak and so is your faggot boyfriend, you shouldn’t even be in the GIRLS bathroom”
“….”
I tried to leave but her two friends pulled my hair down and slap me on the floor
Jenny started to beat me but this time was different. Inside me started to beat. I pulled Jenny off me and started beating her face, she screamed at me and cried but I didn’t stop. Her friends ran to get help but it was too late, she had stopped moving, crying and breathing.
I stopped with my hands shaking and before I knew it I ran out of the school and to my house .
————————————————————————
I was panicking in my room when Clay came in to see how I was doing.
“It wasn’t your fault but we have to run away, the police are looking for you”
“…I can’t, I killed someone”
“I know but still…”
He grab La Rosa and gave her to me then grabbed our backs as we headed to the woods
While walking we stopped
“W-What is that”
We saw something in front of us , a man holding a doll that looked like Clay but matched La Rosa
“Who are you”
I asked but no answer. As soon as we stepped closer a black mist consumed us
—————————————————————————-
As I woke up I was smaller, and I didn’t see Clay. All I saw was his doll variant. And I looked at my hands…my doll hands.

Music Appreciation
20 March, 2024
Music has been a tool to help people with psychological issues, mental health and wellness, it has been used to help panic attacks, and cure depression. Music has been the element that connects us all with our mind, bodies and souls. It has been in our culture since the dawn of man. As we passively listen to our favorites or engage in music-making, music can have a key influence on our psychological development as humans. In this era, researchers have suggested that music engagement not only forms our cultural identities but also plays a hand in mood regulation. Furthermore , music can be used to help in addressing serious mental health and substance use disorders, its healing powers, music can magnify the voice of diversity and inclusion by introducing new cultures and the voices of the marginalized, thereby enhancing our understanding and appreciation for diverse communities.
In much of recent history excluded groups, such as racial/ethnic and sexual/gender minorities and people with disabilities, face systemic injustices and traumatic experiences that can be rooted deeply into their mental health. Researchers have proclaimed the idea that discrimination, a type of trauma, increases physiological issues such as anxiety, depression, ptsd, eating disorders, and addictive behaviors. Music therapy treatment has been proven and promised in providing a supportive environment for healing trauma, building resilience and solving mental issues. It can decrease anxiety levels and tone down the effects of depression in individuals. Music therapy is a therapeutic medium using music to accomplish health and education goals, such as developing mental wellness, reducing pain and stress. Music therapy is offered in environments such as schools and hospitals. Engaging in musical activities, such as drumming circles, songwriting, or group singing, can help emotional release, promote self-reflection, and create a sense of community.
Our relationship with music can be very beautiful yet complicated. It shifts from moments in history and time based on our society in that moment. There are times where music can have an immediate effect on our minds: sleep with a soothing playlist, finding motivation with upbeat dance music, self-expression of emotions by singing, connecting to others with live musical performance. A music therapist can help build connections with music, and find the voices that can positively impact mental health and provide a form of healing.
Music has a long and rich history as a tool for social advocacy and activism. Artists from marginalized communities use music to challenge injustices. Addressing topics such as racial inequality, gender discrimination, and LGBTQ+ rights; Music is a powerful medium for promoting inclusivity. Individuals can express their unique experiences, struggles, and triumphs through the medium of music. Exposure to diverse musical genres and artists can broaden perspectives, challenge stereotypes, and inspire empathy in listeners when singing, listening, and dancing together with others of different backgrounds. Music as a tool for mental healing has been used throughout the eras of mankind. Using it to our advantage we can shape the future of mental, emotional, physical, cultural, and personal experience on this earth.

One bite, one love, one life
Bride dance's to her song
The groom has plans
A web of marriage and money
Bride in a blood stained dress
Cake knife in his chest
One bite, one love, one life
She spins her webs of lie
To police, to friends, family and self
Riches and treasures
Jewels, gold, cash
All at the cost of a life
One bite, one love, one life
Another fly gets caught in her web
And another, and another
All blood , all riches
Drank into her room
One bite, one love, one life
Black widow she is
Dead are the grooms
Out there, somewhere
Like a spider, she strikes again

Artists should be allowed to express negative emotions.
Artists should be allowed to express negative emotions. Throughout the years, art has been one of the most common things in human culture. Art has taught us many things about our fellow human beings. It shows political and social boundaries, bringing people together throughout time. The following three reasons support my claim; Art gives the Artist a creative outlet for emotions, Art is about self expression, and Art doesn’t have to be positive.
Using a blanket canvas or writing a poem can release those feelings in a healthy and productive way. According to ArtistStrong.com, “The arts allow people to channel their emotions to the benefit of themselves and others to live more fulfilled lives. It makes our world a better place to live.” To take away that freedom of self expression, would be taking away what art truly means. Humans have always been expressing themselves in a plethora of ways, the most popular being art. As mentioned by the Arts Academy in the Woods, “In order for emotions to move through us freely, they must be accepted and expressed. Doing so enlivens us and fuels our creativity. Fortunately, experiencing emotions directly through art is fairly simple – if you allow for the process.” For if we don’t set free and express our emotions in a healthy way, they can bottle-up and turn into a bigger problem; running the risk of hurting others. The most important example of this is the art movement of Dadaism. Dadaism is a movement in art and literature based on deliberate irrationality and negation of traditional artistic values. Starting in the 1910s, artists began to explore new art, or “anti-art”. Some characteristics of Dadaism include humor, whimsy, artistic freedom, emotional reaction, irrationalism, and spontaneity. Examples of this are art pieces such as: Marcel Duchamp, Fountain (1917), Kurt Schwitters, Construction For Noble Ladies (1919), and Raoul Hausmann, The Art Critic (1919-20).
Some might argue that negative art offends others. The reality is that life doesn’t come with censorship. You can’t try to make everything positive, art is supposed to be a reflection on life. Not all art is negative, but some of the most beautiful and eye-catching pieces have a
negative story to tell. These are the reasons why artists should be allowed to express negative emotions.
