I'm sorry you had to bottle up all your feelings inside in order to function. I'm sorry that's what you had to do to survive in a time where stopping to take the time to feel and express them would have had severe consequences.

I'm proud of you for making it though that time, but I need you to stop suppressing your feelings now that you're here.

Your feelings are important. They are not bad. They are not here to hurt you. They're here to tell you what you're experiencing, and you need them. So take them out of their boxes, please. Use them.

Pinaparamdam, pinapakita, at binibigay ko ng buong buo yung pagmamahal, oras at atensyon ko kasi alam kong yun ang deserve mo.

Pero everytime na nanghihingi ako sayo ng lambing, parati mong sinasabi na “malambing naman ako, lagi ka lang kasing nagagalit so pano ako maglalambing?”. Hanggang ngayon hindi mo pa rin ba alam kung bakit? Kasi ramdam ko na you don’t give the same energy that I’m giving. And na kelangan ko pa munang magalit, mafrustrate, at magtampo bago ko makuha yung dapat kusa ko namang nakukuha at hindi hinihingi.

Palagi na lang narerestrict yung pagiging clingy at malambing mo kasi palagi mong nirarason na, “dati sobrang malambing at clingy ako sa mga exes ko pero nagbago na ako dahil sa kanila. Dahil manloloko naman pala sila..”

Alam mo ba yung totoong dahilan bakit lagi ko nauungkat at nagsasana all sa mga ex mo. Kasi once in their life naramdaman nila yung pagiging all out mo, despite na niloko ka nila.

Na they had the chance to feel that level of energy that they did not deserve kasi niloko ka nila.

And na ako, na present mo.. laging kang may hold back. Palaging narerestrict kasi hindi ka na tulad ng dati dahil sa trauma na nagyari sayo in the past. Pero, hindi ko ba deserve makuha at maramdaman yung same level of energy na naramdaman nila?

Maraming beses at paulit ulit ko namang pinaparamdam sayo na deserve ko, and na iba ako sa kanila kasi all out ako at hndi ako sila na nanloko.

Sa lahat ng bagay na ginawa ko at sa lahat ng pagmamahal na binuhos ko, deserve ko ba na makuntento na lang sa kung ano yung kaya mong ibigay kasi nga hindi ka na tulad ng dati na malambing at clingy.

Hindi ba pwedeng bumalik ka kung ano ka dati kasi deserve ko din naman maramdaman yung naramdaman nila dati?

Kasi kung hindi, parang sinasabi mo na I don’t deserve you; I don’t deserve to be loved, and I don’t deserve what I can give.
