elsa opening herself up, reluctantly trusting him and letting her guard down by (both physically and emotionally) by being vulnerable and leaning back to allow jack to help her.

jack seeing that elsa is closed off and is gentle with her by physically being gentle and using a soft and genuine tone when talking to her.
