Did you know that horses are still used for logging? Not just as a way to keep traditional handicrafts alive, but because horses are genuinely better at some jobs than machines?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Horses are much gentler on sensitive ecosystems, they're more flexible in rocky terrain, and they don't topple over on a hillside.
They can enter dense forests and drag out one specific tree without damaging the other trees and without compacting or eroding the soil.
They also run on hay instead of gas or electricity. Horses don't pollute the ecosystem with either oil leaks, gas stench, or noise.

In conclusion, draft horses are awesome c:

The cure to anxiety is completing all the tasks you have to finish for the day early and doing them phenomenally and being physically perfect and on everyone’s good side preferably even their favorite.

why bother caring about the environment when 1. It’s so obviously a lost cause and 2. There’s definitely going to be a nuclear war?
And what are you doing about it Anon? Learn about ecological restoration or get out of my way.

"Everyone has different tastes and music is subjective, there's no way to objectively measure musical quality" Wrong. We should score albums based on how many OUGHs they contain.

I'm sorry, I don't believe that anyone who has read regularly since childhood would still count Harry Potter as the best book they've ever read.

Idk why I'm kicking the hornet nest of AI discourse again (I might be stupid...) but
Tumblr media
Obviously what I'm about to say has nothing to do with what I think about the artistic merit of AI art because both images presented here are human-made. But something I've always found extremely funny about this infographic that occasionally makes the rounds is that the collage on the right made to metaphorically illustrate what's supposedly wrong and bad about AI art is about 1000x more interesting both visually and conceptually compared to the piece on the left which the audience is presumably supposed to recognize as innately superior and more #Ensouled. Like again it's an extremely moot point about AI art itself because both images are human-made but idk it kinda accidentally betrays a very narrow view of what good art looks like.
