iām back, and i gained 5 lbs on my vacation :,^) iām trying not to be mad about it because it really was a lovely vacation
uh iāve decided that i want to do tree planting next year, which means i really need to raise my fitness level but it also means i need to gain muscle, which tbh iām kinda scared of since itās also weight gain
but at least iāll be skinnier? so maybe i need to start taking my measurements

the next eight days are gonna be super tough, but as long as i stay between 1000-1800 cals a day, iāll be okay. when I get back, Iām gonna drop down to 800-1000 cals/day and then in October Iām gonna to 6 60-hour fasts š¤”šŗ

urgh i gained a pound back from my fast, i knowwwww itās food and water weight but still part of my brain is like i ate so fucking low carb yesterday, do i need to go lower? i ate 1000 calories yesterday, do i need to eat less on the days that i break my fast? i wish my body would just fucking tell me!!
