I am here to tell you that you are normal. I know that you look at yourself - look at your scars, your marks, your pimples, your body hair, the shape of your body and other inscecurities - and wish you did not look the way you do. You start comparing yourself to all the beautiful people you see on social media. You wish you were more like them. You wish you were normal. But darling you are your own version of normal. And let me tell you again, because you have probably heard it a thousand times before: The beauty standard you have in mind is an unattainable image constructed by society. It breaks my heart to know that you look in the mirror and see an ugly human being, when really, you are your own version of beautiful. We have been victims of this construct for way too long. It is time that we break free. Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are gorgeous. Tell yourself that it is okay to have flaws, that it is human to have flaws. Let go of comparison. Let go of what others could possibly think of you. And finally open your eyes to the truth: You are and have always been beautiful.

I just started my chocojar business and dah agak dah mesti mak aku tak sapot punya. So harini aku buat postage; sebenarnya aku taknak pun buat postage tapi sebab kawan aku nak so aku buat jelah bcs yelah bff kan. Mak aku tanya lah berapa harga pos barang aku cakap lah RM 10.90 and mak aku cakap mahal. Dia cakap berapa banyak je dapat untung. Aku cakaplah sekupang dua sebab memang tak banyak pun tapi ada lah jugak untungnya bukan rugi terus. Mak aku cakaplah lebih baik tak payah pos setakat sekupang dua dia pun boleh bagi. Memang terus mengalir lah air mata aku. Aku seronok buat bisnes siap cod lagi tapi bila mak sendiri downgrade kan and tak sapot, anak mana yang tak sedih kan? Aku buat bisnes ni just sesaje je manalah tau one day aku boleh ada bisnes sendiri. Aku buat bisnes ni jugak untuk isi masa lapang aku tapi sayang sekali sebab mak sendiri tak sapot anak dia. Mak aku tak bagi aku kerja part time. Aku pulak tengah cuti sem and sejak covid aku belajar through ODL. Nak dekat 5 bulan dah duduk rumah. Daripada takde buat apa baiklah aku cari duit lebih sikit.

Saje rant kat sini sebab sini je tempat yang mungkin takde sape kenal aku. Sini je aku boleh let out my feeling. Sekurang kurangnya mungkin dapat hilangkan sedih aku sikit walaupun hakikatnya aku masih lagi sedih 😢 Kalau ada yang kenal pun pls baca kat sini habis kat sini je.
